5Very poor quality work and useless customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE, especially if you need an insurance repair. They will mess it up.
Super slow service. Waste my time. My bike had an accident, sent it here for insurance claim. Now almost 6months, still no positive response from gb. No commitment given or estimate time. No update, no customer care, call them directly, no answer. As what i read from previous customer review, it is 100% true. Seriously frustrated.if you have any other workshop option, pls go there, no need to come here.waste of time!
EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE and POOR QUALITY WORK. Wasted 8 months of my time being messed around on a minor insurance repair, and after all that wait it was worst paint job I've ever seen. Avoid this place at all costs.

What was suppose to be a valve clearance turned out to be an unpleasant experience. When I got my Aprilia back, my engine was stuck on a specific rev. They argued and insisted that it was a clutch problem when I told them its not, and when I tried to explain otherwise, they blatantly disrespected me.they even tried to upsell me on new chain and sprocket saying that that "might fix it". I refused. After coming back to them the 3rd time and this time standing my ground, they found out that the issue was in fact a sensor at the engine. After fixing it, they didn't care to apologize for causing me stress. My first and last time here, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 3 weeks of horrible customer service.
