17Got delivery of my raptor 3.0 last week. Had to wait 5 months in the waiting list. Worth the wait. The car is awesome. The service was good, handover was swift and overall explanations for the car functions was on point. Thank you.
Terrible service centre, no sense of customer centricity. Was told it takes a maximum of 2.5hours but actual fact took them 4 hours to do a basic service and when reminded on car status they mentioned car is being washed but when as a fact car have been left there for an hour with nothing done to it.
Highligted issues on the car, and their response was they can't do anything and ask you to go to pj hq for rectification.
Bad service, unprofessional, not reliable, extremely expensive, should be negative 5 star.
Every time send my Ford to service in this center, I’ll go back very disappointed & angry!
1. So inefficient! Had to wait nearly 5 hrs! Those who came latter than us went back faster! When asked why the delay, you get sarcastic answer from them! How professional!
2. Battery is so expensive! Explanation on this was not accurate by the service advisor!
3. Car wash? Had to wash my car again outside…that’s how clean it was!
They need to learn how to speak to customers! Not professional at all …they should go for proper training!
Try to charge RM5k for old car spare part.
Brought spare part for RM300 elsewhere and Ah Beng workshop fixed for RM100.

For replacing gearbox they asked 40.000 rm! For ford eco sport 2015 that we boughy 43000!
We changed it in a workshop with 5500 lah! Also they forgot to program my car after changing engine oil.
Receptionist lack of courtesy. Service advisor was not friendly. Customers service is very unsatisfactory.
When collecting my car they just passed the car key back me. No one tell me where my car was parked or accompany me to my car. I have to go round looking for it.
Im drive a Ford Ranger e for years. This year June I went to your Service Centre to do routine service and also to change air con filter.
Unfortunately after couple week, I found there is water consistently dripping from the front passenger side. The carpet are soak wet everytime I drove the car. The water getting more and more by days. Since the Service Center closed during EMCO, I have consulted car repair shop nearby my house for quick advise. They dare not dissemble the car and from the observation and experience both of them told this is neglectance after change filter. Patiently I waited for the Service Centre to resume operation. Today the consultant told me this is not their problem and asking me to pay them another RM450 (and other unexpected cost) to resolve this issue.
My Ford already out-warranty, yet I still prefer send in to Ford service centre because of their professional service and original spare parts used.
And this is the kind of service they performed! And ask customer to pay for additional cost to fix it back. This is totally unacceptable level of irresponsible and unprofessional.
Go service, tell them about the rattling sound from engine. After service still didnt fix. 2 star from me
Bad place for service. My new ford ranger wildtrak air-conditioner blend door malfunction, the air from outside keep flow into my truck, durian smell, garbage smell or car smoke of course, so I make appointment with them cos nearby. I tell them what the problem i facing and ask for checking (under warranty), the chubby chinese from customer service tell me that all Europe car is design for let 15% of outside air flow into the car, so is normal and ask me leave. What the.then I go puchong branch, problem solve (exchange the motor of blend door without any charges) after 2 hours.
U should reconsider if you intend to buy from this Authorized Dealer. Should buy directly from Sime Darby instead. Salesperson is unprofessional. Keeps committing on availability of stocks and high rebates (with 2 different branches offering different rebate values) with fast delivery of vehicle, despite numerous confirmations and re-confirmations, but yet reluctant to collect initial deposit on the purchase and keep insisting on receiving LoU from bank. Somehow, in a short time frame with the issuance of LoU from bank in 2 days, salesperson came up with lousy excuses that stocks are not available and subject to further confirmation. Very obvious, this AD is adopting an unethical sales practice, trying to fish whichever buyers who can offer them the best price, that allows profit maximization. No no for sure!
Very bad communication skill. When questions were asked regarding service the person tend to shout back in a sarcastic way. Serious improvement is required on how to communicate politely with the customer's. Other than that they're providing good service from technical side.
Great Experience. Easy Pickup when call compare to Kajang Branch, easy to make appointment. Send car to recall Door Latch at 8am. The dealer said will finnish around evening, but 3 hours already done, really fast service. Highly recommended Ford Service. Thumbs Up. Keep a good work like always.
Rude service. Called to asked regarding the quotation of side mirror. The lady rudely shout on the phone asked me to come by myself. Congratulations to have this type of people in your company. Kudos
They didn't seem to know the real or actual cause of the problem of my car. They will only check the parts the customer mentioned. But.the thing is it did not solve any problem.
The center that I can't believe it is an authorised service center. I sent my wife's car couple of time, when we complained on certain issues/problems, they just do whatever you asked, but never advised or informed you about other thing if there is another issue, no extra mile effort and care to make the customer made known.
Good point now is only waiting area is better than before.
Poor quality of checks, did not even add washer fluid during my last servicing 30K. I had to add manually after the car showed a symbol on the indicator panel. Tail lights out, also didn’t highlight. Poor staff quality, fight with one another, racist.
