Visit this service center to fix my Ford Fiesta door latches. When i called they didn’t have the stock and promised to call me when the stocks arrive. So, They really called me when the parts were ready, replaced the latch within half a day and call me back when the car had ready. Excellent.
I was mainly served by Encik Mohd Azmil, but other staffs are good as well.

Never thought I would experience a service worse than Ford Melawati. This should be the worse front desk I ever experience in Ford Gombak by Trio Mantap. I have no issue with your mechanic who are very helpful but when comes to your front desk Customer service I would rate it sux and waiting to customer to service them back. I would describe this as Horrible. This is Ford and not Proton.

Today I had a simple problem with my ignition key. It just wouldn't turn. I called Ford Service to ask help. The man who was on the phone kept me waiting around 10 minutes to put someone he thought would be in charge through the phone. Finally after having contact with the staff member who is supposed to be in charge, he just told me that they are closed.

What kind of service is this? If you are not operating today, why do I have to wait for 10 minutes to find out about it?

Also what am I supposed to do otherwise if my car company's service is not operating? I am not local here and I wouldn't know any other private service guy who can take care of my issue.

Disappointed.

Been servicing my car here, for 2 years. But during the third time of service, they change quiet a few things until it becomes 2k, while those are not broken and still in good condition.

Initially the staff said only one thing that is broken and need to be changed which will cost me around 100+ only, but later on he call me and said they need to change other few things.

Usually, they would give a receipt and also a CHECKLIST of every compartment of our car that they checked upon, but when i paid at the 3rd time he only give me the receipt. I look at the checklist but he said "that's all. " At that moment i know something is not right.

My uncle were so angry when he looked at the receipt. He said i dah "kena game". So that will be the last time i service my car here.

I've been servicing my car here for almost 5 years. Alway bit pricey but never mind cos near me. When I noticed the sunglass console disintegrating and falling off one corner, I called to ask for advice. They said "oh this is not common issue and not covered under warranty". Also quoted >RM1,00 for fixing. The item is not used and the plastic is disintegrating. Clearly a manufacturing defect. After checking on Ford forum, I see SO MANY rangerian with same issue. Nevermind. I'm not hard up for the warranty. Other SC fix for <RM500. I was in fact thinking of upgrading to a newer Ranger from them. Now will choose different 4x4 and different SC for future service. TQ

This service centre has the worst service. Front row people have very poor communication skills. A lady is always sitting on her desk and texting. Not sure what her role is. The guy Philip is rude. The indian guy no good either. Car repair takes weeks and weeks with no updates on what's going on. False promises on completion date. No back up car provided unlike Ford Jln Ipoh. Try to avoid this centre.

Honestly it was bad service. I had to come to this service centre as they the only one near to my place. The frontliner treat us 'nak tak nak je'. Then need to booking even though your car cannot even start! Already changed battery and did full diagnosis to check what's the problem but a day after my car still cannot start, still got problem. So did they do their job properly? Pay so much for bad service. Hope they improve.

Fairly comfortable except if u don't mind seated in a typical living room set up being the only waiting area. I will suggest take Grab to a nearby mall to stroll around or mess around with the ranger raptor in the showroom.if there's one.

Very unsatisfied with the customer service (Chinese Guy). Bad communication skill, attitude and honestly, he should go for training on how not to be rude and annoying to customers. The previous Indian guy was more polite and very helpful at few sessions during my both Ford cars in that service centre.

The service has never been better, super slow and they always tell you false promises. If you wish to send your car for service, just leave it there and go home, come back after. They will give you Misleading information all the time, they tell you it will take 2 hours, trust me. Their 2 hours simply mean 4 hours! Always and always be this bad.

Bad service by the sales advisor.they are so reluctant to advise the customers on products but blame the customer for not clarifying.moreover car collection time is as their convenience not customer.will never recommend them to others **purchase was done by my friend and I went along for collection and experienced all this in less than an hour

My daughter bought a car. The salesperson was very good. Made all the arrangements for us. But the admin staff was a BIG letdown.
Was supposed to collect the car last Sat 14/10/17 but the car was not registered! We confirmed with the salesperson on Thu 12/10 that we can collect the car on that Sat.
Apparently the admin person was sick on Fri 13/10 and no one in the admin side took up the slack to ensure the registration was done.
The manager? We do not know what the person was doing. It was not like the admin staff was in a coma or ICU that he/she could not let the office know that the registration was pending. No sense of responsibility at all.
With the Thu confirmation in hand, my daughter got home from Ipoh on Fri, to collect the car on Sat. On Sat 11am only we were told that the car was not ready.
We dont think the fault was on the salesperson. The admin side didnt back him up.
Who is going to compensate us for the Ipoh KL travel? An alert msg to us on Fri would have been nice preempt for the unnecessary travel.
Would we patronize this place again? Yes. Only because the other parts of the purchase process was nice.
We hope those people at Trio Mantap and Sime Darby Auto Connection take note of this and improve their service.

Very difficult to get thru', nobody answers the phone, promise to call back but waited until end of the day still no response. Maybe everyone at the counter must be damn busy with their customers from 9.00 am til the end of the day.

Kurang puas ati dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikn.kerana rosak lain.bende lain yg di buat.n suka ckap bende yg xrosak kata rosak.ni lah pusat servis yg kite xblh nk tengk mcm mne die repair kereta kita.
