BQM 9471. Isnin 14/11/23, jam 8.35AM ELITE highway arah KL. Pelekat 70/80 tu sekadar hiasan. Driver korang drive macam pelesit. Hon kenderaan lain suruh bagi laluan. Mencilok kiri kanan macam dia bawak kenderaan ringan. Kita yang pandu 110km/h pun dia selamba potong. Bila jadi apa2, mula la salahkan brek tak makan. Ni la spesies palat darat korang.
I'm utterly disappointed with the experience I've had with this company. I requested a quote from them three weeks ago, and to this day, I haven't received any response. This level of disregard for a potential customer is simply appalling.
It's clear that customer service is not a priority for them, and it's frustrating to feel as if my inquiry has been completely ignored. It makes me question whether anyone among their decision-makers takes their responsibilities seriously.
My initial interest has turned into frustration, and I can confidently say that I won't be considering their services in the future. Such lack of professionalism and courtesy is a major red flag. I strongly urge others to think twice before engaging with this company.
Very lousy service. Staff handled our case has very least knowledge on overseas logistics. Additionally, very poor communication. FM said cannot do documentation, we found another company B to help on documentation, both of them did had conversation and discussion. After company B helped FM to proceed and asked for payment, FM refused to pay and said they already did all documentation? To be honest, if staff of FM Global head is not clear, please do rest well, take some medicine and try not to bring trouble to others.
Tried 5 shipments under their handling in recent few months, all were delayed
