FixSensei - these guys really live up to their company's name. My Samsung Note 10+ had a bad salt water damage affecting the motherboard. I've sent my phone to a few shops (in fact one of the 'best' smartphone repair shops in KL with alot of branches) and they are unable to fix it. When I send my phone to FixSensei, they managed to fix it and I am genuinely very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

I had an ipad pro that did not want to connect to the apple pencil. And then it was repaired and then was broken again. But FixSensei can fix it. They sourced the parts and repaired. They have after-service warranty as well.

My iPhone suddenly became black screen due to motherboard issue and I couldn’t switch on. Consulted few service centres and most of them require to have 3-7days to fix. My phone recently got hit by seawater and my screen went black! I thought my phone was completely spoilt but thanks to the technicians at Fixsensei, my phone is alive today! They are truly the best phone repair shop I’ve ever been to and if you bring an iPhone there for repair they will only use original parts. If you have android phones they can service them for you too.

My One Plus 3 phone bloated. Searched them online and the staff was superbly responsive and responsible. Within 15 minutes, battery replaced with 3 months warranty (because it is original) and also glued my screen.
