I sent my phone for repair here. It has been a week and the technician has been not responsive to my enquiry for update. I don’t think they are trying to con me but I just want them to be honest if the phone can be repaired or not. Because telling me they will update me and then never doing it almost daily is making me lose trust with this business. At this point I might as well just buy a new phone. It’s not good business practice to keep your customer in the dark. Just tell me if the phone is able to be repaired or not. I left the phone here for a week already and on 16/10 morning they said they will proceed with the repair but at 6pm I asked for update but they didn’t respond.
