Bad experience because they tampered with mileage of car. Bought a car where the mileage did not match with service centre.

Empty promises.promise to fix this and that, but all are lies!

Once payment done, as usual, ignoring you with empty promise.

Call/text them, 110% would ignore you.

I was looking for a BMW F10 year before last. Seen many many cars around Klang Valley. Finally I settled upon one 528i Msports low mileage, still under warranty at this used car dealer.

Boy, did they took me for a spin! Wrongly put in make of car - 528i became 328i. Left out additional driver naming. Left out windscreen rider. Put in insurance date different from road tax.

Judging from the reviews here, it is not the fault of one or two sales agent but it is just the company culture here. Sad because sometimes they can get nice cars on display.

By all means avoid this place! Especially the dude who doesn't know how to smile. Maybe he needs to go for a quick course in sales and customer service. Sad to see such people being employed. Should give to those who are hungry for sales.

The way he was explaining as though i am about to hijack his precious BMW 2011.

For test drive that 2011 junk, i need to pay booking fees. Is that so? And i thought the used car market is in deep trouble as the economy is not that rosy nowadays and yet you have these goons not entertaining and accommodating us potential buyers.

Used car I was interested in required alot of fixes. Streering rack was noisy, front joints were not good, tires were different dates (meaning they just replace something that looks new) and older, rear bumper resprayed.and they have the chic to say accident free when my foreman checked and told me accident before. Luckily did not buy. Sales charge was also overrated. I hope they change.

Bad experience, cheated on the used car purchase. Complained to NCCC Malaysia, post review here and hope others don't get conned.
