9 Black shop! Poor service attitude! ! Printed it wrong, told her it was wrong, but still refused to admit it, saying that I agreed! The version she sent was correct, but it was printed wrong! As a result, there was no sorry at all! ! ! ! What a service attitude!
Black shop! Service super bad! Once get the name card, notice they are printed wrongly n notified the gal. Be honest what I check the wording all is correct. But at the end result is wrong, I worry she will Confuse, I still notify her from WhatsApp what back this same just change on number.
If she said sorry I still can reduce my disappointment. What she answer me is, this is what u agree! This is what the service you give on me? No sorry at all, and I rather throw the money to sea I also won't take their service again!

It's very bad. There is no apology for printing the wrong card. It doesn't matter if you don't admit your mistake. It also shifts the responsibility to the customer. Such a service attitude should not be in the service industry. I advise everyone, if you really want to give him a business, please think twice! ! ! !
