Very bad service and experience. Be careful
when deal with this dealer and salesman called Sarvin. After received our deposit payment then keep delay us, find excuse to avoid. Hard my find him. Even after called office no and other sales call vivian no one liaise. All pushing and no one response. Until now still cant settle the issue to buy car. They collected the deposit and say don know much they received when want to buy car.

Avoid this dealer at any cost a Bigger Scammer they not only scam customer money they also cheat their salesman commision i heard so cheap this kind of people will endup in hell with their family im really regret buying car here

Dont bother buying here, the male boss face like I owe him 10 ringgit for 10 years. Duno how to smile also learn how to answer questions properly la, I ask some questions he just grunted and walk away.

When I ordered a car with their store and asked for a refund fee, I kept dragging and there was no definite answer. There are many other customers complaining that this store is dishonest. If you want to buy a car here, it is not recommended to buy here.

VERY BAD. WE DID A CAR BOOKING HERE. THE LADY TOLD US ALL WARRANTY FOR 5 YEAR BUT WHEN WE CAME BACK HOME AND CHECK IN MUDAH. COM SOME WARRANTY LEFT ONLY FOR FEW MONTHS. NOT TRUSTED DEALER. THEN WE WANTED REFUND. HAD TO WAIT FOR 1 WHOLE MONTH. THAT ONE ALSO THEY CUT RM200 FOR ADMIN FEES. FIRST SAID *FULLY REFUNDABLE* BUT THEN HAIYAA. VERY BAD. ONE LADY GAVE US ALL FAULTY INFO ABOUT THE CAR. MY ADVISE IS TO BETTER CHECK ALL THE RIGHT INFO BEFORE BUYING HERE. NOT TRUSTED DEALER AT ALL.

When ask for deposit said yes can refund,
No expiry,
When the bank reject loan say cannot refund.
Boss refuse to reply. Will make police report and file complain to NCCC.

Yesterday deal with this dealer and got a car with no stress. They give me a enough time for checking and very helpful when i asked somethings. Especially Wan is really good person. This company demanded for more money (around 3k) & refused to buy my car after we have both done the handover after a week

I’ve surrender my car to them for a week & have taken a car from them & paid for it.

After a week they told me they wanted 3k more to take in my car

I have no other choice as to give them as I’ve already handed my car to them & they have not changed the name

There are many more out there to choose from, I truly hope you don’t go through the same horrible experience as I do
