Over promised - 3.5 months gone by yet no news on booking status. Even till i cancel my booking also no one bother to at least give a courtesy call asking why

A good PERODUA Show room and SALES Center. Parking is a challenge but location is central in Taipan USJ. Very Decent sales service by the team

The salesperson service is not on time. Promise a bezza from 1 to 2 month.dragged to 4 month! Stated clearly for a second driver name to be fully stated in the insurance covernote.instead the salesperson put there unnamed driver! Buyer have reasons for the request but not entertained accordingly. Such hassle for car owner to get to the insurance office to get the matter settled.not recommended for first time buyer to deal with such a bad service company.bad name for perodua.
From 2 star i rated.i review it to 1 star after the sales person contacted my daughter accusing us to be insensible over this review. We hope there will be improvement after this comment and not playing reasons over failure to provide quality services.
