Pergi service kat sini sebelum balik raya. Kaki kencing punya kedai. Tukar minyak hitam dan oil filter. Lepas tukar, esok tu time otw balik kampung engine bunyi kasar gila. Bila pergi check kat bengkel lain, rupanya minyak dia pakai sama ada takde kualiti atau minyak recycle. And bila tengok oil filter. Tak tukar pun. Dlm receipt je ada. Aku haramkan duit tu ya. Engine hampir barai ya sbb kedai ni. REVIEW JUJUR YG AKU PATUT SHARE. Aku tak pernah nak maki kedai kalau salah sikit2 takpe. Tapi ni sangat2 tak patut. Turun engine bukan murah ya. Si*l punya kedai.

When i called them they said I could go now to fix rfid but I went there there was no one to fix rfid i was told and they asked me to come next day.

Waste of time.

I came on the 13th of March around 4pm, please check with your staff.

Came in with RFID problem. They fixed/replaced it very fast, and the service was very professional and nice. Definitely knew what they were doing and because still within warranty time, they replace for free. In and out within 15 minutes.

I went to repair my tyre probably hv nail, l. The technician He spray the tyre and try to find the nail without remove the tyre since no bubble the technician act sarcastic say all ok. I insist said sure hv hole because I hv twice filled up the air in 1 week. Ask to dismantle the tyre and check. With sarcastic face remove the tyre and spray the soap water again and claim all ok. Ask to dip in water he said don’t hv. So no choice ask to put back since and no confident with his work. When about to re install the tire he hv tighten the nut with machine many time until ask to stop said enough. Went to another workshop try to open the tyre cannot.nut already too tight and end up brake and open it. End up paying few hundred to replace to nut. Pls educate your staff properly.

Fixed my RFID sticker here! The staff, Mr Burn is very professional & efficient. Very helpful. RFID sticker fixed within 15 mins!

Good:
Car service was fast & efficient.

Charges are straightforward.

I requested for one tyre to be changed with spare and they did it without charging extra.

Received free 100plus.

Bad:

Usually, a staff would let me know about the inspection service. This time, i was not told about it & i forgot to ask until i returned home. I would be happy to pay the extra charge for it if i was reminded. This is something done once or twice a year so it is nice to be reminded to do the the inspection. The report card is a good feature. Remind people that you have it.

A constant thing that happens after i send my car for service here (and it should be noted that this also happens at other workshops) is that the bottom cover of my car will always come loose after a few days. Hard to say if clips are installed at the proper places since i only notice after the cover has fallen off. But i took pains to install proper clips the last time the cover fell off and it stayed put until i sent it here for service. So i expect the cover to be installed back into the car properly. Please ensure the clips are not loose when putting it back and if they cannot be replaced immediately, please notify the customer. If it is dragged on the road unnoticed and gets damaged, that's rm60 down the drain + whatever labour charged for installing a new one.

Conclusion: fine service but can do better.

He such a kind person and always being patience enough to answer and address my concerns on UR bars. No doubt I would never regret to get install with this UR BAR which it gives me a very good driving experience, stability, less bumping on uneven road and most importance is it never impact on my car comfort level. I'm just being honest to share the truth experience to who want to enhance the car stability and less shaking in overall!

Very fast, friendly and efficient service. I always come to DTOX for quality oil change for all my cars

Few persons handled my car installation. First person did the installation but the person take over later not aware of what the first person did which is unplugged the holder for my ABS sensor line. Did not check properly before handle over the car back to me. To me, is not professional at all. Just rushing to finish job is not cool.

I like it fast.
They are fast. N the place is clean. Waiting area for the customers is great too. Priced slight above average since they only carry big branded lubricants.

Fast and efficient oil change. Not sure about other service though but they tend to upsell their services by pointing out other areas that might or might not need to be repaired/replaced
