Avoid this clinic at all costs. If you're asked to do pre-employment check up here, do it else where if you can.
Had a very unpleasant experience from this clinic. Doctor is unprofessional, stressing me out with my issue before conducting further tests.
Clinic is also unhygienic. X-ray machine often breaks down and patients are asked to get the scan done in another clinic.

I will go there because of Dr. Parveez. Excellent doctor n saved me in relation to my diagnosis. Excellent gentleman. Not forgeting Aunty Shanta at the reception. A huge thanks

Doc Ganaesan is a gem to Young Newton. He has a lovely combination of professionalism, patience and compassionate.
I hope he never retires, replacing him will be extremely difficult.

It's good that the clinic retained long serving staffs because of their knowledge and experience like Aka Shanta & Aka Renu. Laila and Janaki was very helpful too.

Whoever says retirees need to stay home and not work?

Doctor is good but can’t say the same for the staff here. Dispensary takes 30 mins when there is only 1-2 patients waiting.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. Rude and ignorant front staff. Clinic says it opens at 8am, but even at 8.30am, the doctor didn't arrive yet. Indian ladies front staff were busy gossiping rather than helping the patients.

Pure rudeness from the front counter upon answering calls. If I know the answer, do you think I enjoy calling up and ask? Wrong people at the wrong job. In fact, can tell most staff are highly stress out in that clinic, and processes are highly disorganised. Spent an hour waiting the other day to see the Dr, and upon asking why it took that long. The response was 'Can't you see we have a lot of patients? ! '

I went to this clinic 2 times. First visit was good experience with part time staffs and dr at the clinic. The 2nd visit was not that favorable as the front counter staff was not attending to me and make to wait for 15 min without reason. As I saw, all the front counter staffs look old and less spirited while working. Time for them to rest at home!

There are a lot of youngsters still looking for jobs yet this clinic's management prefers only "oldies" even the doctors and radiographer. Most of the time the x-ray will not be available and we are sent to neighborhood clinic for the x-ray to be done.

We are in a new era yet still this clinic is not upgraded. All the records is done manually and taking too much of time consumption to settle one patient.

The downstairs toilet is so horrible and poor hygienic and also the consumables that the clinic use when treating patients. As reminder, when you go to this clinic please check the expiry date for all the items when the staffs are using on us.

Not a recommended clinic in this era.

Went for my pre-employment check up. Very friendly staff and the doctor was friendly and experienced.

The reviews left initially got me feeling uneasy about their service but I actually enjoyed it. Indeed the front desk Indian lady was quite rude, the bottle given to receive urine didn't come with a cap, but come on, they all are obviously above 50 years old at least including the infrastructure and facilities itself. Everything there can be described in one word: old-fashioned, which is what had given me an enjoyable experience. They are old but I believe they have tried their best to do what they are supposed to do. Oh and I like the old man who is responsible for the X-ray, he is probably the oldest one there and he is funny.

Today i go to this clinic for my vaccination.staff is nice! Very helpful (2 indian ladies). Settle registered, i go 1st floor to see doc and register for 2nd times for covid form.at there staff (2 malay ladies) nice too! She guide me to write form.before injection, a doctor (women) explain to me about what vaccine will she gives to me.so im done for my 1st dose! Thanks.

The hygiene is very bad as nurse or doctor should have sanitise the medical appliances before use it to on the other patient.

Staff are unfriendly and rude. Did my medical check up here. The nurse/staff missed out one of the tests and I have to return for just one test. =. =

Dirty and unhygienic. My stupid company sent me here for a health checkup, but I think I will fall sick from the checkup. No gloves, urine bottle no cap, and the nurse just took it like that. Damn disgusting. The blood test was done so badly, so unprofessional. Blood was even spilt. Don't ever come here, I am going to complain and ask for this clinic to be removed from the panel.

WORST clinic ever, do not visit here.staff are rude and untrained, doctor is unprofessional. Came here for a medical check up, doctor did test that are not necessitated by the check up YET forgot to fill up one part that is required by the examination. Poor!

This clinic does not seem to pay overtime for their staffs. The front desk literally stare at me and question me in a rude manner on why I visit their clinic at 4+ pm for pre employment check where their clinic close at 5.

I was told that I need to phone them beforehand and come by 4. One extra star for the professional and friendly doctor. Completed the pre-employment within 35 mins and by 5pm.

Aged clinic with seem outdated facilities. Not recommended for normal clinic visit.
