5 Responsive, attentive and friendly. At least that was the impression I got from speaking to Ah Jun, the branch manager.
Even though there are many other shops offering similar service, the sense of ease and comfort that I felt with Ah Jun made me decide to stick to this particular place. And I was not disappointed.
The whole process of replacing the cracked windscreen and installing the tinted film took less than 2 and a half hours. The result and workmanship was good and satisfying which commensurate with the premium charges. Afterall quality does not come cheap, isn't it?
Lokasi ya btul2 d simpang. Agak sukar nk masuk Dan nk kluar. Hati2 pada yang tidak biasa ngan lokasi ni. Kedainya kecil. Masuk 3-4 kereta sudah sempit. Tokeh Dan pkerjanya yg baru ini kurang mesra
Came with a small stone chip and asked if they can make it clear like normal back, they said can, and they made it worse and told me "kalau mau clear kena tukar windscreen" bunch of scammers. Never come here, empty promises. Went to the branch in bangi also same, they mention can make it clear and after I told them what seri kembangan branch did, they told me cannot guarantee.
Came for a star crack on windscreen, staff were quick and did the job but they don’t attend to customers very well. Staff attending to my car didn’t say a word to me, rudely stared at me when I asked if the remaining dot will go away after a while or is it permanent. He didn’t even wipe the mirror after cleaning in the inside and there is smoke marks from the lighter he used on my window that he couldn’t be bothered to at least wipe. He didn’t even look at me when I ask where to pay, just pointed to the office. I called before going and the staff that answered my call was very nice, just the attending staff is very rude, it’s a young boy with pink hair. Came here cause friend recommend Dr Cermin is good but this branch will not recommend.
