I went there to replace my rear glass. They quoted me for local made MSG brand glass. I agreed and paid.
After that, they told me that MSG no stock and they only have "made in China" I had no choice because they had already removed the old glass I kept quiet.
I agreed to have them tint the glass also. The tint is very low quality. Started bubbling within weeks. Went back there 3 times and Ah Wai just taichi here and there with comments like 'don't worry, 5 years warranty. '
Giving this place business is a regrettable decision

Service was quick and they offer warranty applicable at any Dr Cermin outlet. Easy because I am not a local nearbh the outlet I went. It was emergency case. Workers were warm and well informing

Lousy. They are more keen to replace your windscreen rather than to fix it for you. Dealt with an Indonesian guy who works there. "Ada insurance kan? Tukar saja la".

Cracked screen replaced with no issue, but worker broke the clip that secure my other attached plastic parts near the wiper grille which cause loosening. Went to ask if they could fix it, instead of replacing the broken plastic parts they chose to glue it back. Facepalm.

Must say that admin was responsible nonetheless. Able to replace the broken parts eventually. Lesson learnt: must check thoroughly before leaving the workshop

Sent my car to fix chipped windscreen and get the job done at rm80 per mark. Guess the price was reasonable. Waited for an hour for the work to complete.

Was told they provide original windscreen replacement for my insurance claim. Return to find out it was a OEM unit. Person at the shop claims anything with Pilkington wording is original. My original windscreen was Saint Gobain with manufacturer logo. Seems like the people working here don't know the difference between original and OEM. No point in proudly showing off your certifications at the shop.

Avoid this place for your insurance claims. I already have 2 bad experience here.

Had my cracked windshield repaired here. I was driving and a stone hit my windshield and caused a crack which looked like a 5 point star. To prevent the crack from getting bigger and thus may require replacement if it worsen over time, so Dr Cermin is the Go To Place to get my windshield repaired.

While there many other cars are being replaced with broken windshield. So no matter how big or small the crack is, just bring your car here and worst case is replace a new piece.

My suggestion is you can replace or repair your windscreen here but not tinting because their film quality is poor and the tinting skill was awful, they even scratched my window!
Some of the workers did not wear the mask properly as well!

The branch here is spacious and big enough to cater 4-5 vehicles at one time. Stocks of windscreen for many vehicles or at least for the most common brand is plenty therefore shouldn't have any problem to source the replacement. In one hour the replacement of the windscreen is carried out. This was the first time I went there and am satisfied.

Service ok with affordable price. So grateful that they open from 10am-3pm during this restriction movement order. Im urgently need to replace my broken window due to theft case.

Super service. They took me in and started to work. Has a small waiting room for good enough because the wait is just 1 hour. Workmanship is great and they managed to seal the crack in the windshield properly.

1. Waste of time here. Went there to change for side window. Promised to have the stock ready at 1.30pm. But end up the stock arrived at 4.20pm. The staff there didn't even bother to notify me that the stock will arrive late than expected time. I have been waiting at the store since 1pm. It takes me 4 hours to change just a side window.

2. After the glass has been replaced, they didn't help me to get the window tinted! They keep-on giving out excuses that the staff forgot to ask whether I need to window to be tinted. What a ridiculous excuses. Then they ask me to come back after 3 days to get the glass tinted. The staff don't even care to apologize for all the mistake made. I'm so frustrated with the staff attitude.

Went to fix a tiny crack on my windscreen. Talked to the Chinese man (think he's the supervisor?) and the foreigner was assigned to fix it. Checked my car after 30 mins and oh boy, i didn't see ANY difference from before! I asked the man "What's the diff? " and he replied "That's the best we can do. It's like that. There will be a hole BUT it won't crack more". He made the hole slightly deeper within the crack! So i complained to the Chinese guy. After 5 mins, he came to me and said "Oh i'm not going to accept anything. He didn't do a good job". Well, at least he was honest and i left angrily.

After that, I went to a tint shop and through them, I managed to fix my crack so much better by a "sifu" who happens to be from DR. C and he even commented that the work done earlier was bad!
So yes, it was a really bad experience overall!

Changed my windscreen 2 times. First time, 2 years back and second time was yesterday.
I would say their service is good. They changed my windscreen and I noticed a tiny scratch (unnoticeable from inside, only can see from outside) on my new windscreen. I informed them, and they changed it again right away.
Their work is fast and neat. Will surely recommend people to go here
