9The owner is very helpful despite is Depavali holiday. Emergency services and indeed helped to control the windscreen further crack.
Jangan datang kedai ini. Suruh hantar kereta untuk tukar windscreen. Tinggalkan kereta di sana semalaman. Lepas tu kata silap tengok windscreen model, kedai dia tak ada. Ambil balik kereta, aircond dah tak sejuk. Bagi balik aircond original saya!

Love my first experience with this place. I made an appointment with Dr Cermin to replace my Kembara small rear glass which was broken or hit by something. It only took 1 hour for the staff to replace the glass. I was very happy and satisfied with his workmanship, very neat and tidy. I fully recommended this place, service very good and price affordable.
Doesn't to live to it's name Dr, not all cracked mirror can be fixed and not a miracle worker
(1) The boss not freindly at all.
(2) Messy and really bad workmanship too (need to wash the windscreen and some chemical overspill to the bonnet hood).
(3) Blame the customer for the crack eventhough it is come from them (the boss and staff) due to over pressurize during inserting the glass treatment chemical (start with bulleye crack and effected to the long 60cm lining crack).
(4) To all car lover, please avoid to come to this shop even for replacing your insurance windscreen. You may try another Dr. Cermin branch or anyway else.
(5) To all my brotherhood Vellfire groups/club, trust me, not recommended at all - "Prof".
This Lady name Karmen shes very helpful and kind. I texted her on public holiday, she still reply fast and efficiently. She advise me about the side windscreen how to take care and protect. Very good service n cheap!
Fast and excellent service. Went in the morning to replace front passenger window. Was told no stock and shop will call if available. Got call within 2 hours that stock is available. Immediately went to change window. Price was within budget. Overall excellent service and value for money. Thanks Yeo.
