It was the worst experience for me as my Mercedes windscreen got a stone chip and tiny cracks. I had taken my car for repair of the tiny hole, while also inquiring if my insurance could cover the replacement with a tinted windscreen. The clerk told me that my insurance could cover the cost, but it would take some time. I requested repairing the tiny hole for the time being. However, as the worker attempted to repair, the cracks spread all over, rendering the windscreen beyond repair. Consequently, I asked for a replacement. The clerk then informed me that I would need to pay an additional RM1000 as it would not be fully covered by insurance. Later, the boss spoke to me, saying that I should have discussed the pricing with him before agreeing to the replacement. This was odd since he was not in the office, and the prices were given by his own staff. Additionally, the boss stated that they could not guarantee the repair of the tiny hole.

Tempat yang bagus, luas dan dekat dengan rumah tetapi hanya menawarkan cermin berkualiti “OEM” dan bukannya “Original Toyota” windscreen bagi Toyota Camry 2.0G (2008/ 2010). Terpaksa i servey kedai yang lain, harap boleh ditambahbaik di masa hadapan bagi menyediakan pilihan kepada pengguna. (date: 18/1/2022)
The technician broken one of my Volvo plastic cover during dismantling the windscreen without informing me and just tried to paste with double sided tape, I only noticed this damaged 2 months later when do car wash!
I came here before this, and Im here again. The staffs are very helpful and polite manner. Their sevice is tip-top. They even clean the interior of the car afterwork. Highly recommended. Im really happy.

I was entertained by ah Heng, a young, very friendly and committed worker. He explained all the details before I agreed to get my windscreen change here. If not for an 'incident', which ah heng handled very well well and responsibly, I personally would give a 5 star rating: D
