I ordered a Myvi from the salesperson "NICK" about 2 years ago during the GST exemption period. I met with him on August and he promised me that the car would arrive by September, before the exemption ended.
He gave all sorts of promises but failed to deliver on every single one of them.
When we sent all our details for the loan to be processed, he said that the process would be quick and swift.not more than a week, but in the end after 3 months of continuous excuses, I decided to send the bank loan myself and had it processed. Took no more than 2 days for it to be processed.
Already infuriated with the service given, we waited another 4 months till the car arrived in February after Chinese New Year.
The supposed "Free gifts" that was promised never came.
I even paid an extra RM450 to him because he said he could get a good deal for extra tinting, but he never produced any receipts nor any proof that the car was tinted.

Why am i writing this review? Simple. DONT GET A CAR FROM NICK! One of the worst salesman that i've ever met in my life and people like HIM makes the other salesperson in this car showroom a bad name.

Look for Johnny tan.most helpful and very honest. Even after buying a car from him 3 years ago.he still assist me in giving advice when I called him regarding a broken windscreen after
insurance (zurich takaful) gave me d run around. Tq.

I bought my car from this place 3 years ago. The service given was top notch. They were very accommodating and professional. Although I now deal with them only once a year (for my insurance renewal) it is comforting to know that they have expanded to the first floor and that their genial service is continued. They always are ready to explain what they are doing and when there seems to be a hiccup, are honest to tell you what seems to be the problem. Overall, I like their service a lot.

The shop is big n clean.open from 8am til 8pm every weekdays.n til 6pm on sat n sun.the salesman not pushy.

Worst service ever! Just to cancel application for Hire Purchase, no reply from the Manager goes by the name Hairi. I couldn't proceed my application and no action being taken until now. I'll never have anything to do with this company.

Overpromise, under deliver. Salesman here promise you the sky and heaven but gives all sort of excuses when questioned. Was told that would get the car within a month but only managed to get my car two months later. If still insist on buying cars from here, please make sure everything the salesman promised to be written black and white and remember to voice record all conversations through the phone. Never EVER trust the salesman here.

Terrible service. Didn't apply loan for my prefer bank, ask salesman give the reason is hq pendingabout 1 months.finally l call to bank only know the salesman didn't apply for the first day I submitted documents. Finally I apply myself and bank approve within 1 day working day. Second problem is lie to customer, always promise next week and next week. Finally car arrived their branch is 2months from the day I submitted documents. Salesman promise free gift didn't give. I phone him he say have to order.
