I got to know ‘Direct Car Import’ from an online platform. Honestly, at first, I was quite blank about such (car) preorder service. It was then, Mr. Alex Wong from ‘Direct Car Import’ led me through the whole process, from the beggining till the end. I paid RM 5000 for the booking fees. The booking fees were collected in order to bid the car. It took us 8 days to win the car, and upon winning, they collected the money (10% percent of the car price) and handover my documents to the bank. I got a call from the bank on the same day. It was a call saying that my loan has been approved and soon after 40 days, I received a call from the salesman that my car had reached the Malaysian port. On the next day, I went to see my car. I must say that I was totally mesmerised at the sight of it. It looked brand new. Most importantly it looked as it was mentioned and promised. I waited for another couple of days to be able to collect the car due to inspections and registrations. I was truly happy and satisfied when I got my car as the way it was delivered to me was good. In one word Direct Car Import is superbly amazing.
