7Bought a Second-Hand Car. Got scammed, engine was nearly toast, accidental car, adjusted mileage, the entire car condition after purchase went to check, a lot of problems that cost nearly the price of the purchased car price. What's more, the price is above market, yet quality of goods sold is below standards.disappointed.
Said will refund the deposit, but got no reply and avoiding all the messages.well well played.
Service sulks! Nobody there to layan you as the one and only salesman working on a Sunday keep attending to a customer at their luxury car segment. The cheaper ones below rm50k gets ignored. Was there scouring their cars was 30 mins but was attended. Sulks.
Worst and horrific experience in a car dealer shop the sales man was terribly rude.total waste of time.as simple as that
I went and looked for a used car, Kia Cerato K3 and shortly after arriving, I was assign this sales person who took me to the car and gave me the key to check it myself. I got in the car and tried starting the car but it din't. I asked how to start and check the mileage. He told me probably battery dead and say he don't know anything else. Then, I asked him how to know if the car is fine or how's the mileage then, I was told this "If you OK, you can buy but if you don't want, it is OK too". He walks away and I said "So, you don't want to sell the car, he just shook his car and walk off. " Ultimately, this is one of the stupidest car selling lot that I have seen in my life that is not alone rude, but totally discriminated me. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE OR YOU WOULD EITHER BE SCAMMED OR GET RUDE REPRESENTATIVE BY THEIR UNEDUCATED ACT OF TREATING THEIR CUSTOMER. I marked the person I spoke to as well and hopefully they would learn their lesson.
The car purposely put latest 2 years, year make 2014, they put 2016, once you go there you know they con you year make.at least Rm7000.00 you lose.i go bt9 and kajang facing same issue
i just turn back and buy at Puchong
