Love this place, very professional all the staff, all so friendly, even though bizi, they stop to ask the new customers if they can assist. My car was analysed it's aircond problem within minutes. Since the aircond had to be removed, they ask me to go home n kept on texting me for 2-3days regarding the aircond problem, what needs to be changed with video n pictures to explain, consult prices to meet my budget, and all was done in 3 days! It was a major repair!
Thanks to the team I now can drive my Chevrolet Captiva 4x4 coolingly! The aircond broke down like 6months ago!
Price is very reasonable n parts changed are with warranty from 1 to 3 months. Be it new or reconditioned.

A very professional and skilled Air Cond Specialist. They have all kinds of compressor replacement of various qualities (You can find them in Shopee as well). The workshop is neat and clean and they use high quality equipment for the air-cond service.

They have passionate workers (Mr Ken, Mr Jevon & Team) that will explain everything to you if you have question about air-cond system. I change the whole compressor component which takes them around 3+ hours to complete.

There is a McD nearby (walking distance) where i can sit down and continue my work remotely.

Overall, extremely satisfied with the service and would like everyone reading this review experience the same too!

Not-a-pro at all. Bought a recon compressor from CM to my workshop, not fit.
Tow my car to Cool Master, checked and said is sensor problem. Leave there to test for 3 days, CM said all good working can collect.
Just collected and realised air blowing got problems, output not cool at all.
As usual, start giving excuses.
Just wondering why can't you detect all the problems and advise me before asking me to collect my car?

Replaced a compressor & a condenser for my Audi A4 2013 here. The price is good nearly half from the Audi specialist workshop. Got warranty some more. My car AC works just fine for now. Thumbs up!

Found this workshop stated specialising in doing Audi cars air conditioner.

My audi air conditioning not working correctly, cold for 10 minutes then stopped working. If switch off and wait for 30 seconds, it work again.

During diagnose, the so called specialist in Audi, cannot even know where is the low & high pressure valve located, really?

Moreover, was told that the compressor needs to dismantle and check only can know what the issue, maybe compressor shaft broken, really? Dismantle the compressor?

Don't use dirty tricks on me, it's Don't work.

After diagnostic, gave me a list of "suspected" parts. When going through the list, it is like "almost" the entire air conditioning system, really?

I declined their offer and go back to my usual mechanic.

I wouldn't take that risks!

My compressor faulty, first changed to half cut, but hissing sound persist.leu and lun of cool master given very good advise, to use Thai made compressor and change the condenser.the team very efficient, all the problem fix within same day and the aircond now back freezing cold. The charges also very reasonable.if you having aircond problem, strongly recommend to visit cool master.my children 2 cars also service here.

Service bagus. Tapi barang kena pandai nego. Beli barang ori online lagi murah. Upah pasang ajer. Mana2 new finding tak penting jgn layan sgt.biasa lah tu hantar kedai ada ajer nak kena buat itu ini.

Had one of the best experience with this professional air con service center. Been having some technical issues with my car for weeks, none of the other air con repair shops couldn't find the problem. Until i finally found cool master.

Last few weeks I replaced AC compressor for my Peugeot 308T, one of the specialist his name is JEVON he is very good and have a great knowledge regarding A/Cs and his service was quite fast I think it was all replaced within 40-45 mins (including replacement of the compressor, checking the pressure, filling gas and adding oil). After that the AC was working normally, however it's stopped cooling the next day, I called to JEVON (I think it was after his working hours) and of course he was very helpful as always.started to give me some guidance on how to deal with the issue, then he asked me to visit his shop again to check it out (even though the warranty was not valid) but he tried his best to help me fixing this issue along with explanations on everything that is related to cooling system and he did his best to check all wiring connections and the fuse box etc.now the AC is cooling just fine and the issue was very simple not enough gas in the cooling system, once I filled up the gas everything seems working and cooling just as normal.

Quite bad experience dealing with this shop. The managers and workers speak fine but never solved my car's issue. Changed recon compressor and mentioned there was a warranty for 1 month. As predicted the compressor spoilt and I was told there was warranty but no stock. Then as usual, the usual diualogues were use - "mau kena check dulu"/"mungkin u punye system problem"/"hari ni sibuk, u datang esok". And just like that, I wasted about 6 days going in and out of the shop. Finally, I was told no stock for recon but got new compressor, and have to replace the condenser too - without ever knowing if the condenser is really spoilt.

Professional service.well explained about what they offered.price consider quite reasonable for my car.

Workman there isn't skilful.not worth going there, they could spoil/damage your radiator top, very careless one.

Service, work and price are all great. Kudos to Mr Ken and the team!
