Please beware of this tyre shop that overcharges customers on both tyre and auto services. The personnel act as if they are professional by impressing customer on their so-called detailed check of various parts of the vehicle with record sheets even though sending there for simple alignment or tyre change. After that, they will try to convince and suggest to customers on unnecessary change of parts or adjustments like camber bolts, camber/caster adjustments, brake systems, etc, etc with unreasonably high charges. Different personnel are in charge of different services and are paid commissions which are built into the prices which are bloated with super normal profit for both the so-called specialised personnel and the shop owner. They may entice unknowing customers with low prices or some free services for a certain tyres/parts and then suggest some other related parts or services to do which they will then overcharge to cover the initial low price/free services. With this cunning business practice, I believe many past unknowing customers paid without knowing they are overcharged. For those knowledgeable customers who had bad experiences here, please post your feedback here in review to warn other customers. And for its Goodyear principal, if you are reading this, please take note and monitor this by continual gathering of this shop's customers feedback as their misleading business practices can also affect your Goodyear reputation as they carry your brandname at the shopfront. I'd suggest Goodyear to send your own mock shoppers randomly and continually to find out for yourself. Again, I urge all other customers to post their bad experiences here in review as they are getting away from their misdeeds all this while and underestimating the power of social media by perhaps considering and thinking that their customers are not internet savvy.
