Good service and willing to help although late evening on a weekend.

Bought my hybrid car battery RM370 here after car battery is dead unable to start and open car door.

They came to rescue with a small service fee RM50 for jump start.

Bad alignment workshop messy and dirty! Lazy foreign workers after done finished work.my car alignment steering wheel is not straight! Will not come here again they even not using torque wrench to tighten your wheel nut!

My go-to workshop since like 10 years ago? Well-done work, good pricing, and friendly staff.

Poor customer service. Waiting long after they look at me.
Poor workmanship, crack my bottom panel when removing tayar. Workers like never seeing sport rim nuts, told him they need to use their hand to tighten and remove to prevent the nut broken, he just doesn't care, he used air pressure nut removal, first time got tayar shop do that on my rim nut.won't come back again.

Others shop nearby better.

Came to change my tyres today. Service is good. Price is reasonable for their Continental tyres.

Had a nail in the rear wheel. Waited for 5mins and attended promptly. Quick service with the nail pulled and patched. Cost RM15 because of the additional jacking and tyre removal.
Not complaining since it was an emergency.

Many of the other reviewers here said the truth, this shop is a scam, overpriced tires and always change the price at the end. Avoid. They keep telling ur their high price is best deal as the prices are going up soon!

Very convenient to me. The best is call in advance to book the tyres u required before arriving. This saves waiting time.
Cos sometimes, the particular tyres that u need might not available on that moment. So when u called earlier, they can arrange in advance.

Changed my tyres for a reasonable price, don’t have to wait too long. Friendly staff, and they gave an extra service to fix my broken bumper.

Poor service job.brought my car there change engine oil. 2weeks later my engine oil filter puncture.my entite engine bay soaked with oil.cleaning and replacement cause like continental car now.they really live up to their reputation of servicing conti cars.pls dont go service there but if u go try not to allow foreigners to touch d car.the risk is urs!

Fixing with very unreasonable price, and missed out things which is important to fixed as well. Will not recommend to anyone to fixed their car there.

Current promotion buy3free1 tyre was kinda hoax.they increase the price and saying it was buy3free1 for continental tyre.

Asked other Continental Tyre Shop & their price is different RM50-RM100 total.

For buy3free1 promotion here at Win TIng balancing, val & alignment wasn't included while other shop included.

Attentive service; mechanics are willing to go out of their way. Also do house calls, though it attracts a travelling charge

Worst service shop. Trying to scam. Always use 10yrs experience as excuse. 10yrs experience, is just very short. Some even 30 years. If not because of urgent engine overheating, i won't come to this shop.
Do not come to this shop, not honest.
