Did alignment and tyre balancing for my BMW X1. Did a fantastic job, car is straight and tyres are well balanced

Carefully this shop workers and boss bad servcies and not take responsibility open my car rim Nut until loose can't lock and open. Keep telling me still can drive omg!

Manager runs the place well. They have nitrogen on site. Very clean and modern. Latest equipment.

Unfriedly owner, the boss is the dark skin chinese around 50ish man.he sells 1 set 4 units tires cost per unit is Rm310.no discount, even i asked more question like the quality etc during raining or how is the quality on the road does it sounds he doesnt answer me well while answered to his phone talking to other vendors.he seem like looked down on me when i bargain or asked questions.the services is teribbly bad.after the service is done, no one is escort you to reverse my car as that junction is dangerous car is passing by every sec u reversed your car.

So, if u read these comments my advice is.think twice! Good luck.

Bring own brake pads for them to change for my car, but they don't wanna do. Got business also don't want, so better give business to other workshops. In the future, even if my car tyre puncture, definitely will not go to this workshop to fix anything. Won't give them business anymore.

Great skill and does pay attention to details. Recommended to those who look for driving comfort.

When there to change car battery, instead told me that the alternator is not working. Need to change alternator and a brand new battery or else the battery won't be charge. Eventually trying to caught me off guard to change my functional alternator for a new one. From my experiences *PLEASE BE (ALERT) GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE CHANGING ANY PARTS HERE. ESPECIALLY NEW CUSTOMERS, CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING HERE.

I bring my car here for all tyre related services and alignment. They will also assist in repairing my rims (takes a couple of hours and the task is taken to a different shop), which gets seriously dented due to potholes.

I am beginning to allow them to perform non-engine related repairs as well. I have full confidence in their ability to take care of my car.

Foreman (Jason) : Sorry unable to do it, you need to change tyre
Me: Looking at it, seems like able to do, but fine im in a rush, so i didnt ask to change a new tyre instead putting back my spare tyre.
Foreman: Okay put it back my spare tyre, would cost me RM8.
Me: Alright is okay for me to pay RM8 for changing back my own spare tyre without patching back my punctured tyre. But when i receive my change (when i paid them RM100) i only received back RM90. Is fine you may keep the RM2. And when i drive back my car, i heard knocking sound from my car boot, and i found out my tyre left unfixed position.

What a fantastic experience. Please try this shop if you wish to have an unpleasant experience.
