If could give 10 stars I would! I'm so thankful to have found them. My surface pro crashed and I lost all my files but they were able to recover them when the other shop couldn't. Can tell they're very professional and passionate about their work. The charges are also very reasonable. Highly recommend if you face any laptop/computer/phone problems.

Has been sending the monitor to several repair shops but it turned out they can’t repair it because don’t have the spare parts-really hard to find a repair shop that can repair Asus ROG monitor panel. Very professional team and tried their best to recover data from old hard drive. Process took a long time but the team didn't give up. They were very accommodating and attentive to details.

After repair still having problem, promise to repair again but no news until now, that time say will contact me after part reach, but until over 1 month warranty period still nobody contact me.

Suddenly in one day, I received call from them. They informed me that spare part already reach and I send the TV to them again. After that my TV is working back. I'm very happy because they didn't forget my TV issue, due to MCO that TV spare part was delay to delivered to them.

After my laptop repair, I was satisfied with the repair and decided to bring in surface pro for repair.

I know this surface pro is a hard one to tackle but things gotten complicated quickly as besides the cracked screen, twisted frame; there is also later found out there is also motherboard component damage due to unforeseen issue.

Yet they beautifully fixed it without a hitch. Truly expert. I am extremely satisfied with their service attitude, professionalism, get-it-fixed mindset and in-depth knowledge of the subjected matter.
