CMS workmanship not only lousy but of very very low quality. Sent my car for repair after accident at the back. Though given 1 year warranty, paint has bubbles on surface & colour fading fast within 2 years. Boot cant close properly but boss claim his camry also like that. Worst, his supervisor by the nick name Donald Duck instead of sitting talking to me, I have to chase him to discuss. My advice to whoever, never ever go there. U will definitely regret

Sent my car for repair since September 2021 but up until now not settled. Had to borrow someone elses car for freaking 4 months which is so troublesome for other people. I’m not sure what are they doing with my car. Already ‘barai’ is it? Wanna take up to 1 year to settle is it?

I came here for accident claim and repair as they are the Etiqa panel workshop. This workshop service is excellent as they are willing to go extra miles to source the parts and fulfil the repair requirements. Very satisfying experience.

Deeply disappointed and feel much regret sending car to this workshop for paint work. Can't do a proper job despite a very minor repair. Simply drill a hole on the panel without rust proofing, expose to the risk of panel rusting and potential water seep into the interior compartment. Complete job shown paint sagging /oversprayed/uneven clear coat etc. Engage Myanmarese low skill cheap labour for the job but bill high price. Overall customer experience is just sucks.

Its a panel workshop for our motor insurance. I went to replace the cracked windshield. Service was very good and job well done. Thanks to Ms Pang (insurance agent) and Pn. Siti the front office clerk and special thanks to Mr. M. S. Chong. Two thumbs up

My company work horse a white Mitsubishi Triton 2011 needed a makeover badly. Finally managed to send to CMS for respraying job. We are so happy with the workmanship and service accorded by the owner and Mr Chuah. The heavily oxidized headlamps and signal lights were polished like new, they even replaced the worn out number plates. Very happy with their service. Highly recommended.

The person in charge didn't keep promises. Already promises can collect our car, but once we reached the car work shop, the worker said haven't done yet, after done call us on next day. We take one day unpaid leave and told us we cannot collect our car? ! Already losing confidence in this Car work shop!

Liars & thieves.didn't explain the process properly, their workers rummaged through my car things & i always had to chase them for updates. 4 stars is a lie.

Overall bad experience.poor workmanship with very low level of knowledge on wiring details and electronics in cars.

Fixed my car through my insurance. Communication is good, they stuck to expected time for completion and workmanship was good too.
