Best laptop repair service I’ve ever had so far. Owner is very responsible and clear about the issues. My laptop was repaired within half an hour Will only come to this centre for electronic services in the future.

The services I received was more than satisfying. I had an issue with my hard disk and keyboard, despite his best efforts the hard disk couldn't be saved. He then suggested a solution to upgrade my SSD for the lost storage.within a week I got my computer back.the computer runs well enough for me do my usual task.his response time to my enquiry was quick and assuring. For those who is a student or just starting work i can easily recommend his services as what i got was right around my budget area.

Gave Steven to fix my laptop twice. The first time was to upgrade my laptop's storage and RAM. The second time was to repair my laptop 'broken' power button. Steven is a very experienced person and he would give suggestion on how much I should upgrade my laptop's storage and RAM, without burning much of my wallet. His pricing is reasonable too! Will let him to fix/upgrade my laptop as long as I am still around Subang:)

My mother's laptop couldn't start up last week, but we could see that the processor and fan were working. We called HP who helped us through some troubleshooting steps but could not diagnose the issue and referred the case to the "Repair" centre. They asked me to wait for up to 48 hrs for a call to make appointment and get the charges etc but that call never came. Since we could not wait, I looked for a reliable repair centre locally and found CLnet solution. I sent a whatsapp msg to the number provided and immediately got a response from Steven. He asked a few brief questions and knew what the issue is with the laptop and checked if he could get the parts immediately, plus let me know what the charges + warranty would be. After 1 more day waiting for HP to call me back, I decided to let Steven help out as he was responsive, direct and professional about the service. I requested him to come and collect the laptop as I could not take time-off on the day to drop the laptop off at his shop. He did come and he managed to complete the screen & battery replacement within 3 hrs! He could not get original parts due to shortage of supply and the laptop being an older model, but he managed to get the OEM parts pretty fast!
That was exceptional and he didn't give me more stress but asking to add on more things to repair. He did bring my attention to a broken hinge and advised to open the laptop with care going forward, but did not pressure me to change it and add on costs. Overall, I recommend this service and Steven's professional manner. In these trying times with Covid19, everyone needs to survive, and Steven has proven that he doesn't drop his quality of service just to manage his income. Small shop, humble location with A1 service. Steven, the owner is very knowledgeble and experience; he is able to pin-point the problem with my laptops and fixed them. As the result, I now have all my laptops turn into brand new high performance machines. The total cost to upgrade seven machines is less then buying a new laptop. Highly recommend him to those who need to repair or upgrade the Desk top or laptop. Very reliable and professional.

Very good guy. Service also good. My notebook got water spillage, asked him to check and he said no damage, and helped me to clean. Other shop would ask me to change spare parts. Really recommended.

Steven is a friendly guy. I sent my laptop over to have a screen replacement and the repair only took 3 hours. The cost was at a reasonable price and the overall is good.

Doesn't build any desktops from what I understand. Friendly guy though and the price seems good would definitely go back again if I have any problem.
