I was comparing the price between other workshop and this workshop for the same service.for other workshop the price is only rm250, but then this workshop the price is rm580.what a joke.beware guys

Just put a cacing on puncit tyre need rm20, even the. Rim and tyre already take out from car and send to them

Too slow and no update after 6 days claim windscreen.reason vendor no update as no stock windscreen.when whatsapp no reply.and read only. Totally frust the services.

The bigger size chinese guy is slow, clumsy and careless.keep dropping tools and installing back the timing belt cover took 30mins.all other foreign workers work more effectively.and yes new problem come one after another. Will never come back again.

Avoid like a plaque. True scammers.
Dont trust some of the positive reviews.
Intentionally removed and disposed radiator cap and refused to return in order to force me to repair at the shop.

My lifesaver! I drove around PJ for an hour looking for a tyre shop on 1st May (Labour Day holiday) and all were closed. Then I remembered this place, so I made my way here around 12.30 PM and they were open!

So, I got my flat tyre fixed without hassle and the two Bangladeshi workers were very professional and know what they are doing. Total lifesaver as I was worried I would not find a tyre shop open this public holiday.

So, net time you need a tyre shop, towing service, flat battery and so on, you can contact them as the tyre shop is open 7-days a week including Sundays and Public Holidays!

A new problem would surface out of nowhere once you drop your car here. A quick read of the other reviews confirms this

I am very satisfied with the service that was provided to me when I needed it the most. I had a flat tyre and I was really struggling to drive my car in the rain. The owner was very kind to help me out in the rain, and I managed to get my tyre fixed. Will recommend this shop and you will not regret it.

Overall good job, sent my car that was rear-ended. Quoted, and advicing me what is needed to change and what is repairable. Moses trusted guy to look for there, speak good English and we'll mannered chap. Collected the car which was done well good body work and paint job.

Poor workmanship, careful when your repair your car interior because it will looks nice on the exterior.

I sent my car as it is a panel workshop under my Insurance Company.all my car lights and alarm system were working when i sent there, upon receiving the car, After collect car, i found out that all lights are not working and alarm system is not functioning properly. They further informed that inspection of the cause of the lights/alarm not working will need extra RM190 (exclude repair cost). I sent to another workshop to check and found that the wiring is connected WRONGLY.

Not to be confused with the previous owner with a similar workshop name, Mr. Ho and his crew and very friendly and professional. They will do a through job and charge a very reasonable price, highly recommended in you're in PJ area:)

We have been here a few times to have serious and minor damage fixed. Not the cheapest by the are honest, reliable and professional. And they do good work. We will keep going back. Key people are Mr Ho and Moses. Mr Ho speaks little if any English. Moses speaks excellent English.

Changed my tyre here. They gave me a "Champiro" brand (made in China) and wrote "Goodyear" in my receipt. When I asked why did they write it differently, the receptionist said "Oh, it's the same". Upon checking after, clearly it is not the same and I ended up paying "Goodyear" price for a China-made tyre. Very dishonest. Wouldn't come back here.

SCAM. DISHONEST. RM2k for a dented bonnet, a change of car plate and radiator. Even after collection the car BROKE DOWN HALFWAY HOME, which is just 10 minutes AFTER collection. This was way back in January.

Dishonest! They can tell u one price, quote u a much higher price and who knows if they will charge u a different price. Terrible. Don't trust them. I tried them for the first time today. Asked them the price for normal service they say around rm150. Then before i leave for work, the foreman told me need to change absorber mounting and quoted 75. Then later when i reached office.the quotation comes in with all sorts of fixes and pricing. Adds up to rm580. Then i noticed the supposedly rm75 for mounting became rm90 per piece.needless yo say.i told them i just wanted oil change and will do the rest somewhere else. Then, the foreman over the phone said it already replaced.ok.i said, but the price is not right then he said this is original.whatever. I went there to the and stop them from doing the rest. I even asked if they have OEM mounting and they said.it doesn't work.whatever story they came up with. Very clever.force you to accept. Terrible. Never go back!

Beware of this Dishonest Car Workshop!
I brought my car to City Alignment Services Sdn Bhd instead of my regular workshop because it broke down in LDP and I had no choice but to have it towed to the nearest workshop at Damansara Jaya.
After a few days, the City Alignment staff called me before they fixed the car to inform me that the car had a major problem and wiring needed to be done, and it would cost me RM3k+. Since I have never had any wiring job done to my car, I agreed to the price.
However, when I collected my car, I realized I was charged for all of the following items, which were done without my knowledge and consent (except #4).
1) Replacement of Throttle Body - I explicitly told the mechanics NOT to disturb my car’s throttle body as it had just been serviced and it was still under warranty.
2) Replacement of 4 Ignition Coils - I just had 3 ignition coils changed at my regular workshop 2 weeks ago.
3) Spark Plugs, air filter, engine oil, oil filter - All these services were also already done 2 weeks ago by my regular workshop.
4) Wiring work - I feel that this is the only thing that needed to be done, and the price is a little bit on the high side, but still acceptable.
I feel cheated for being charged an extra RM2600 for the throttle body, ignition coils and the REservice of my car that was not mentioned on the phone call, all of which were completely unnecessary.
To prove that they had simply changed my car parts just to slap me with a huge bill, I took back my own original throttle body and 3 ignition coils and went back to my regular workshop to have them replaced back into my car, and just as I predicted, my car engine started with absolutely no problem. My regular mechanic also told me that #3 (REservicing the car) was not even necessary for a wiring problem.
So, I took back the throttle body and 3 ignition coils which were provided by them and returned back to them and have my money refunded after a heated argument with them. However, they wouldn’t compensate me for the reservicing.
In conclusion, I feel that they are untrustworthy because
1) They did not explain properly the actual work that was going to be done for my car.
2) They purposely replaced the parts that were brand new and working in perfect condition. They even lied, saying my original parts were spoilt.

Sent my car for repair and servicing. Good services provided and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!
