5 Disappointing Service Experience at JCT Automobiles Sdn Bhd Puchong.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I recently encountered at your JCT Service Centre.
Having brought my new car Peugeot 3008 in for its second service, I was disheartened to discover that the service reminder displayed on my screen still indicates that service is due in 500km or 4 months. Despite promptly raising this issue with the customer service team at JCT Service Centre, and being assured that the matter would be escalated to the person in charge with a follow-up call promised, I regret to inform you that I have not received any communication or resolution regarding this matter.
Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that the customary practice of washing the car after a service appointment was not carried out during my visit. This additional oversight only adds to my disappointment with the overall service experience.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service quality and attention to detail, particularly when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Unfortunately, the issues mentioned above have left me feeling let down and concerned about the reliability of the service provided by JCT Automobile.
I am thoroughly happy with the services provided by JCT AUTOMOBILES, from the front desk to the delivery of my Citroen DS3. Kuddos to the service advisor, Nicholas the service maintenance team and guys in the spray paint department for their meticulous work! Special mention goes to Foon (Claims Dept) and Wong (Manager) for their helpful
yet courteous advice, making this a pleasant and memorable experience.
Not doing proper inspection.poor service.regret sending for service to this center.
I walked in on April 2022 and my car has 3 recall parts but till now no update for the recall. It has been 1 year. My car is not in running condition for 3 months already due to faulty high pressure pump which is in the recall item.
Had water leaking into my head lamp. Replacement quote was close to Rm 7,000.00. After some discussion, the service center agreed to removed my headlamp so that i could get it repaired by a specialist. Result. Headlamp fixed at 10% of replacement cost. Thank you.
The service manager also made my transition from KL to Ipoh service center a breeze by informing Ipoh SC of my relocation to Ipoh. Its nice being greeted by name even though we've never meet.
