I recently had the pleasure of visiting this bank and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. The waiting time was also reasonable. Additionally, the early opening time at 9.10am was convenient for me and allowed me to get my banking done early in the day. Overall, I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant banking experience.

If you are foreigner, they will close your account without telling you and with no proper reason or apology.cimb is not the bank if you want to be treated like a decent human being.
ALERT! Do not open an account with this bank, please choose any other bank and save yourself from unnecessary stress, they will suddenly close your bank for no reason at all.
Can't stand the embarrassment I received from the staff this morning telling me that I cannot open a corperate account for my legitimate business after meeting all the requirements just because I am from a particular nationality. Its Apalling. Let's learn to treat people individually and not generalizing things for whatsoever reasons.

Staff was so rude! Especially the indian officer, i ask him where’s the no 7 counter but the way his reply “ nak apa nak apa “ like no manners at all. My number also already appears at the screen, but still need to queue 30mins, the staff also reply with “ kena tunggu ramai lagi nak buka account “ whattt? All the staff including incharge at front counter was rude, bad customer service!
Staff at the counter is very professional. Requested me and my wife to wait by the side while she process the replacing form of new atm card. She brought and handed it to us without calling our names to collect the form. It may because of our age, but such kindness left us grateful and deeply moved. Well done Mr. Manager, hope you could continue educating the subordinates of yours with a good manners and positive attitudes.
Bad attitude and rude at front door counter - customer service. It was my first time to this branch and the Indian man acting so rude and thought that we should know how and what to do. When I asked him a question, he answered with no manners and thought that I should know it. Also, he did not even wear the mask in that indoor area! CIMB MANAGEMENT PLS TAKE AN ACTION ON THE PUNISHMENT.
Coming at 4.15, nearly closing time. Front desk not friendly might be need to process last minute request. But process was smooth and not even taking more than 5 minutes. This branch should place better staff with customer experience service.
Malay lady at the counter on friday 15july2022 is very blur and know nothing. She keeps on frowning when i ask question. LOL. 2 stars because not as busy as other branch.

The people behind the counter were cracking jokes about me while I was at the counter. They assumed I didn't understand Malay. The person in charge even said to my face that she had "work to do", as if I was wasting her time. Given my request was unusual and could not be resolved, the least a few bankers can do is respect people at their branch
Akak yang bagi nombr, tak cukup training. Dia sendiri cakap benda bukan bukan.last last chck dgn call cusmtr srvc akak itu bohong dengan sya.
Good service from the reception up to the counter. The officer is really helpful & giving well explanation.
As per the below comments, they do not valie their customers. By far the worst service of all CIMB branches.
1st trip: Went to reset my account pin but device couldn't read my NRIC chip. Was then told to replace a new NRIC card
2nd trip: Went to CIMB branch to check what other options but their staff (even the security guard) are very helpful and friendly even they insisted to try if their device could read my NRIC, awesome service! Please learn from them Cyberjaya CIMB staffs/management.
Unfortunately the result is the same and they gave an option to either bring my passport OR birth cert to procees with my account pin reset. I'm still happy with CIMB Taman Mutiara branch
Branch cimb yg paling pemalas. Pegawai dia akan cakap cik kena pegi cawangan Dengkil lah, cawangan ini itu lah. Dasar lembab dan pemalas. Dah sampai Cawangan Dengkil, pegawai di sana cakap diorang tak pernah pun tolak customer ke branch lain. Dasar pegawai pemalas.
So badddd.i've waited for 1hr at outside of the bank.do the asb transaction i was told transfer only available to cimb account.instead transfer to other bank.system should be upgraded!
Today i went to this branch n I was informed by the registration staff that I need to wait 3working days to get my latest 3months statement i said i have done many times previously with other cimb bank branch n i can get immediately my statements in less than an hour. I request for confirmation n she said she was very sure of the process. I thought it is a new procedure but when i double check with other branch they said for normal monthly statement yes for sure i can get immediately after i fill in my request form
