Chia Motor

Bought Vespa S 125 at this shop. When I first inquired about the availability and price via Whatsapp, Mr. Chia had been very responsive answering all questions that I had. Then I came to the shop to pick up the bike and the lady staff was very helpful and efficient in settling all the transactions. I was given 500 gift voucher. To redeem the voucher, I asked Mr Chia if he could help to get me Vespa original rear rack and without any hesitance he quickly ordered the part for me. While waiting for the part to arrive, I got into road accident and was warded for few days-some bones broken. My bike suffered some scratches and some parts were broken. The lady staff called me to let me know the part has arrived the moment I checked in the hospital. One year plus gone, I whatsapp Mr Chia and asked if he still keeps the rear rack and to my surprise he still do and I quickly came over and got it installed. All I can say, I’m really impressed by overall service and hospitality provided by this shop. Totally recommended.

Chia motor was my formerly boss mr Eddy chia he was once a Racer, i was a formerly macanic, till now the shop is still the same now the new Boss is the son who take over and run the bisnnes till today the bisnnes is doing very well, please come visit the place if got free.

Mr. Chia is the director of the company he is so nice and down to earth, Ms. Chong is a very nice lady and can help out with the processing of new bike. I can give more then 5 star for their service and help

I've been a customer for the past 6 years and have had excellent service from them. The owner used to race so he knows how bikes should be setup and maintained. I've just bought my second bike from them recently - a 2011 Ninja 250. I'm very confident of the purchase as they only sell bikes that they know (i.e. History from past customers etc.) and ensure that they are in very good condition before selling them on. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.

First impression was 5 star, another 3 was just a disaster. They do not know what they are talking about. I was getting conflicting messages from them, they were not able to fix my bike.

I went there to do some repair. The boss is the one who actually get his hands dirty to fix my bike.

He also taught me some basic stuff I could by myself.

10/10 will visit again for regular maintenance.

Went for yamaha R1 manufactured 2013. When reached there, actually it was 2011. The advertisement was a lie. Not recommend to others
