3Brian, the SA who attended me was very knowledgeable and helpful! The on the road test drive was very comprehensive and I was able to test out the 360 degree camera!
1. First time experiencing test drive in mall car park.
2. The SA (I think is the manager) seems like unhappy because no other sales man can bring us test drive, left him so he had to bring us. Plenty of disclaimer before test drive like I’m gonna drive 100kmph in a car park, can’t even go up to 30kmph alamak.
3. SA engaging with customer very minimally, giving wrong information of the car, keep looking at phone and taking calls during my test drive.
Was first interested at the car itself, after the test drive mood to buy car drop to 0. Had to go to another branch to get better experience and gain the confidence. Car is okay, service worst I’ve had.
1. Car got no road tax. Can only test drive in the strand mall’s parking lot
2. Had to walk to strand mall from showroom. Not a short distance
3. Had to walk back on ur own as SA had to stay at the mall
4. Young college kids as SA
Everything above reflects how serious Chery is in entering Malaysia’s market. Worst experience ever in a showroom. Good luck facing their CS in service centre.
