2 We walked in and nobody paid us any attention, so I went to the counter to ask for help. The guy looked at me as if I were an alien. I asked him in Malay to help me, but he told me he didn't speak English. I told him it didn't matter because I spoke Malay, but he carried on with his work and ignored me. What can I say? Their loss. I went to M1 Cycles in Semenyih and bought a Honda Wave 125i there instead. Paid cash for it and very happy. When will shops and sales assistants in Malaysia learn that customer service is important? Shops are not there to do customers a favour! Without customers, shops are empty buildings and I hope this one goes out of business soon.
Thankfully, the service at M1 Cycles was fantastic. Go there instead and ask for Grace!
