43 Customer service needs significant improvement.
Came in for a service, repeated the problem to the SA 3 times and still didn't record it properly. After service, didn't even advise me what the source of the problem is, insisted that it's fixed and forced me to immediately pay because he closed my case prematurely.
Refused to pay before a test drive and yet the problem persisted. These kind of SA needs to be removed.
The whole experience felt like i was being rushed and wanted me out immediately after service.
Appointment made then car sent early in the morning after 7 hours but the car still parking outside. Cant you just reduce the quantity of appointment cars per day or increase your resources?
Sent for servicing and some repairs. Work was completed within 3 days. The service technician was very helpful and updated progress.
Nice place but kinda run down, many years but very lacks maintenance, leaking & everything starts breaking down…
Just to get an appointment date is a big problem. I have been calling the whole morning but couldn't get to speak to customer service!
Suka datang service sini. Cozy, banyak port lepak, ada bistro, skrg dh ada Starbucks weh (sbnrnya aku dh lama x mari service sini), ada pameran kereta2 proton dari 1st Gen Saga sampai latest, ada VR dan mcm2 lagi.
I sent my car for repair there. Getting an appointment was not easy since it was very crowded these days and I was able to get an appointment after 2 weeks. The staff are friendly and the waiting area has a window to the workshop. In my case they check my gearbox and recommend replacing it but the price is too high. They told me in the proton service center they will not repair the part and replace it only which has prons and corn which is reliability vs cost for non guaranteed services.
Long wait, my car was there for 8 months.
Spare part is already there but still in the queue.

Please do not ever come here. I am regretting every second coming to this place. Went there because of some issue with my N95 ioniser X70 on Friday. NOBODY is willing to even take a look on the issue.
The lady in the main reception is just chatting and sitting with NO EMPATHY OR INITIATIVE AT ALL TO HELP.
Imagine you have an emergency and quickly went to hospital but when when you arrive NOBODY wants to entertain you.
IF YOU WANT TO BUY A PREMIUM CAR, DO NOT BUY PROTON. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE, THEY ARE NOT READY YET TO SELL PREMIUM CAR. SOME OF THEIR MECHANICS DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE FULL SPECIFICATIONS AND TECHNICALITIES OF THE CAR.
THIS IS MY LAST TIME GOING TO THIS TERIBBLE PLACE.
Made an appointment even got a confirmation call. Arrived at 8: 15 had to take a day off.reached there they tell me I have no appointment. Apparently the so called professional who called me did not put in my appointment. The staff there also can't accommodate me.say now I am a walk in. Best part car will only be ready at around 5pm!
How is this even professional? How is this even acceptable? The company talks about being global, professional etc, they can't even get the basics right the service. If I had negative star I would give it. Hopeless. Given something good but still the same.proton is pretty much hopeless.
My biggest regret!
PROTON Centre of Service Excellence has continued to improve following internal reforms after Geely's takeover. The staff are very professional, and will tend to you. Most of the staff are Malay speaking, but you are able to find English speakers in the area, though not so fluent in English. There is a parking bay for those who want to service your car, which is airy and there is a guard always keeping an eye out on your car.
Its highly recommended that you call up the Service Centre a week before to fix your appointment. And remember, do come on time if you do not want to be the last to take your car back from the service.
Dear Proton & Geely management
What makes proton so hard to do Service Excellence at you COE? I walked away before but you got good products now and I still read these bad reviews. P2 can do it and EON is even better for Mit now. Take 360 turn around immediately on your team to compete. These are basics.
Clean. Maybe should have more well trained staff since this is HQ. KPI shall be. All proton cars problem must be resolve in order to compete with other brand. In term of CS is good
Very bad experience in the show room. I am trying to buy X50 or X70. Then the sales person don't even wear face mask properly with the nose outside.which made me very uncomfortable.then i ask for test drive X70 excecutive.but he told me i can test drive X70 premium only. Then i said ok n wanted to try it out.after 15 min.he told me i could not test drive.because he cannot find the key.
I go all the way to the so called COE and can't even test drive X50 or X70. How you want to sell your car?
Besides that forcing people take accessories package is unreasonable.if it is must have put it into your website
Because of good sales. The salesman is arrogant. I thought of supporting proton this round. After all this problem. No Thanks!

Been calling for over 2 weeks at various times to make an appointment but keep getting an automated voice message stating that their customer service agents are busy. Called the 1800 number and got the same response. Surely someone from management should be aware of this and should do something about it?

As an intern student, it was a fun and challenging, great experience and the staff are very helpful and friendly
Tried to make a booking for a service and repair, (August) gave a the information and parts needed mentioned, postponed me for a month because repairs only available in September 2020, when i finally came for the repair and service, told me no stock for the part mentioned, suggest me repair outside.so I waited a month for nothing, wasted my day without getting the vital problem fixed.this place no longer excellent as it was. 2 years ago I gave 5 stars.now I can only give 1 star for wasting my time waiting for a month plus daily wear and tear.
