7The boss has a very good attitude and is a nice person. I feel very close to him.
Done like major service, was charged for my old persona, engine mount cost me 670, water pump 150, fan motor 280, timing belt 270 but still good services were provided. They lend me an old saga for me to go back home bcos it took longer to finish repair everything. At least they did asked first what needed and what not. They do have small room while you wait for the car to be service. Get the castrol motorist apps so u can collect points when u used their services. Can claim free engine oil later on.
Staff was friendly. Make sure you bring ample fund if your car is more than 5 years. Wear & tear will be pointed out by the mechanic.
Price was standard, staff was friendly, have waiting room with aircond. BUT I give 1 star because the tyre allignment service was worst! Almost got an accident near KARAK highway because of bad allignment! My car keep turning left when steering is straight. Please do check the allignment properly before handed over to customer, don't do cincai work. Dangerous laa.and I need to spend more money correcting it.
One more thing, staff don't advice me to change tyre front to back, and new one on the front (because I change 2 only), I need to ask myself. Which is ok for me who know this, but if someone don't know? Common la, it's the common practice.
Good service given by the mechanics.at least they advice what to do and not.they use castrol oil so you can claim your free castrol oil after 5x servicing here.have small waiting room while wait for car to be service.
Very nice service and can find the cheaper price parts to me for my Mercedes CLA200 compare to another place and I come from sri petaling and the technical is very fast can find the problems not same to another place
Terrible shop which try to con me to change part unnecessarily. My car only broke the rubber belt for alternator. The self called manager insist that I change the alternator as well which cost at first second hand also RM1k. Then drop the price up to RM650 claiming got another source. I also will have to trade in my good unit which suspect to be sell again later. Very dishonest. Not recommended at all. Last time also same thing happen but this time is totally trying to cut my throat.
