Castrol Auto Service Workshop - CAS Network Sdn Bhd (3-Star Certified Workshop)

Used to be a regular customer till they started smashing prices left and right. They charged rm80 for installing two plastics under the car rear lights, and no matter how much they overcharge you for alignment, they can never do a proper job. Haven't come since years but im just making sure to post the review the workshop deserves.

Had my car service twice here
Waiting time is not long.
Completed within 2 hours without appointment.
My only feedback might be the waiting area, the seats inside the air conditioned room can be improved

Friendly staff who explained in detail the problem with my car, shared his knowledge and gave good advice with my best interest in mind.

Professional workmanship.not pushing u to change unnecessary parts.straight to the business.

B4 this i gave 4 stars.but recently i sent my crv for service.very disappointed.

1.change brake pad + rotor, both melekat, and produce loud sound.bunyi tikus citcitcit.
2.i asked to repair, one of the foremen open my lugnut using airgun even i've told him not todo so.then my mcgard lugnut kaput.tayar tak boleh buka, lugnut sudah rosak.brakepad pun bunyi bising sbb melekat.
3.i ask to change fuelfilter retrainer, causing my car cannot start.then use the old one baru ok.
4.asked to do alignment balancing, by my steering not level, stereng tegak, kereta senget pegi kiri.i spent two full days, just for this.dont know if i will come to service here again ️

I always service my car here. They have price list for the car service too. So you can refer the price list before proceed. Women also can come here alone, no need to scare about being scam here. There's women admin at the counter, can wait inside. All mechanics is nice and knowledgeable. Always advise me what should i change and not need to change. The mechanic that speak malay will inform/teach me everytime he check my car. Very good!

Professional service and price very reasonable. My car having engine air clog issue which my engine frequently shut off when idling. The boss troubleshoot a while and directly know what to do. I asked many, they could not give me the solid answer yet asking me to change this and that.

Doing my car alignments here, service are super fast and cheap. They also checked the health of your tyre too.

Good service & the staff is friendly. They will calculate all the part & labour charge to customer before repairing it so that the customer know whether it is in their budget or not.

Terrible services, not friendly at all, no even bother to have second visit after first one

Good and fast service.
Had an undercarriage issue with the cover hanging out.
They immediately lifted the car and fix the problem. Only a few minutes of waiting time.
