Good: My bike was detaied cleaned. Good "greet" by the worker. Various cleaning products available if you might wash your bike by yourself. There's proper waiting area and even have neighbouring Food Stall for you to fill up your tummy while waiting your bike to get done.
Bad: Super-Slow motion work. Waited for 2 hours until my bike completely cleaned. Inefficient & poor manpower planning & arrangement from my POV as a QA guy to ensure the washing job done in appropriate timeline. Lot of points for improvement could be implemented.
