Fast and easy service. Staff are friendly, and able to answer all my questions and enquiries. Although the price offered is not to my liking and end up not sell to Carsome, the staff remains friendly. Definitely will recommend other to inspect their car for Carsome here. Waiting area is also adequate. Got Nescafe and Milo 3-1 and some small packets of light snack (I got Tam-Tam snacks). Toilet is at the back.
Booked appointment 11: 30am Saturday at Carsome Teluk Panglima Garang, but waited more than 1 hour to get my car inspected eventhough there're just 2 cars in the midst of inspection before me. A bit defied the purpose of making appointment but still need to wait.
Possible to add more inspector to increase the efficiency and reduce the waiting time.
Overall process was quite smooth albeit price offered not as high as I expected, but of course higher than 2nd hand car dealer, might due to they are the only player around jenjarom and banting.
Urusan mudah dan pantas, staf banyak membantu, tempat selesa. Inspection siap dalam tempoh 45 minit. Urusan thumbrint dalam 30 minit. Transfer duit dalam tempoh 24 jam. Terima kasih carsome.
Happy to deal with Carsome TPG. I came here to inspect my car. Friendly staff dan very through inspection. Waiting area is very good and comfortable. I will recommend to my friends next time if the want to sell/buy their car
