CARSOME PJ Automall

First I applied in website from the Intagram. They called me to book for appoinment. After done everything they send me the confirmation. Again before 2 days almost everyday they called me to clarify my attendance and I change the place which is nearby to me. After reaching there there are no one picking the phone. I went inside straight to them to clarify the appoinment. That 2 cars not available for test drive which is according to the appoinment made. Moreover the car is under pending purchaser. My question is "Why need to book this type of car for me right"? Where is the person incharge too right if ask the customer to visit means? Anusa And Rizal not there too (the person I have talked before to book everything)
# There is a new man tell us that this is the procedure bla bla and all. He show us one more car but then that too not there. I'm very cool and never get angry and get the number to get back to them soon. I've asked him about his own collegues. How come this new man also cannot recognize them and where are they and all? After I asked he tried to call but nobody answer. Biggest question marks for me one moment. Am I in the right place? They don't have clear information at all? Me my brothers all waiting. I'm confused and there are people opinion about Carsome are great bla bla after my research but then this is what happened to me yesterday 17/12/2023. I am coming from far and wasted my time and nothing there which is I never expected. I feel so sad and dissappointed with their service. The next few hours I just lose interest with them still now. No apologies message or even the mystery person incharge too.

Thought I'm will be getting a piece-of-mind with the 175 checkpoints, but its just a start of nightmare. Test drive, complain about the knocking sound and aircon issue, sales told me will be fix. Took delivery after a week, aircon broke down after 2 days, engine mounting have knocking sound, absorber spoilt as well after month drive. Will never purchase a car from carsome again with a premium price tag and empty promises. No star from me!

Bad service baru beli kereta, tapi battery remote kereta very low nak tekan lock pon kejap detect kejap tak. Battery kereta pon sama, masa nak drive thru kena jumper. Then cakap kalau confirm beli akan tukar baru, sekali carsome just charge. Baru keluar kereta 2 hari battery dah kong. Minta ganti tuka baru, manager kata tak boleh manager kedekut nak mampos

I decided to buy a car from this store, and I actually took a test drive of the car. The car looks excellent from the outside and inside, but what made me hesitant about buying is that car without a warranty! Even though it is an expensive car! Then the responsible manager told me that he could give a one-year guarantee, but I must pay 900 ringgit for this guarantee! Very funny to pay for warranty I never saw like that, Frankly, I felt like it was a trap and that car was not intact and have defective something hidden. So I decided not to buy and i found another store that gave us 3-years warranty.

Good Job to Carsome PJ Automall for having a really excellent consultant Mr. Arif. From the day 1, until my family collect the car it was very smooth and unexpected fast process from him. This is our second time to purchase with him. Even though I just helping my family to get the car, Mr. Arif still guiding us on how the process even in his off day.

Its far different from others use car. The experience that we having here much more better than My Tukar. In Carsome, the professionalism was here starting from we enter, the way girl in front desk treat us very good. Always smiling, ask in good manner if we wait to long for Mr. Arif. Even though its not too long.

The waiting area was very comfortable. But it could be better if the place have a free coffee or newspaper to read for old folks. But still my family overwhelmed because of Carsome's.

Very quick service. Got my car valued and got it sold within 2 hrs, with signing and etc. Cash got it the same day. Highly recommended.

The process for booking is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and kind. Love the layout of the centre. And the huge ceiling fans literally look like windmills. At times it may be busy but they are very accommodating.

The process was explained clearly and very well by a friendly lady named Zeti (who was really lovely) and I was met by Kevin Raj who informed me about the inspection results and what to expect. Finally all was sorted by a nice bloke named Syafiq. I sold my car to them at a pretty reasonable rate and the payment came through pretty quickly.

The only thing I would say is; if they had coffee or tea options at the center it would be great. I did see a water dispenser though.

Plenty of car to choose from, according to your budget as the place is big. The place is not air-conditioning but doesn't feel that warm as the roof is quite high. It provides ample of seating place while waiting to be served or while waiting for your car to be inspected. Should get a prompt service when they have enough staffs. Many offers from time to time.

As I had made appointment earlier, there was no problem n all went on smooth as required. Fully recommended. Tq.

The front desk customer service having terrible service! Especially the malay guy wearing spectacle, very sarcastic when talking to me!
The customer who call in the morning promised the inspection process is takes about 30-40 minutes, however when I reached the centre, they tell me take 1hour+ and ask me to wait also because the inspector is inspecting another car, the process will take longer. My question is, What is the reason to make appointment?
Been recommended few friends to sell the car to Carsome before, this is the first time I come in myself, total bad experience! Won't recommend anymore!

Remark: should ask the malay male customer service to attend class, how to be a good customer and how to talk!
I'm ok with the another female customer service representative, she is nice.

Please don't buy from this platform. Bought a car that was guaranteed a 175 point inspection at the cost of a much higher price. Found out from the cars previous owner that carsome knew the issues w the car and didn't repair and simply cover up and resell again. Issues with the electrical system and engine mounts and engine itself. After take to their workshop, they revert back and say workshop can't fix the issue and need to go get diagnostic from manufacturer. Also due to company policy they can't foot the bill. Now only bought the car for one month and can't drive. Car is worth more than 70k.

Save yourself the trouble and just buy from lots and pay the extra money to repair. Their elevated prices due to their so called 175 point inspection is just lies.

Berurusan dengan SA Iqmal. Urusan pantas, semua selesai dalam 1 minggu sahaja. No hidden charge or cost. Test drive xdpat bawak jauh since trade plate xda. Tapi since kereta low mileage dan nampak ok, tak risau sangat.

Buyer experience: good customer service ends at the point of closed deal. Had been trying to reach the customer service for the issues in the car bought about 8 months ago and no response after over 2 months. Was given the same response over and over again after follow up since Dec. "In regards to your feedback, we had escalated the issue to relevant team and kindly please be patient and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. " Plain disappointment!
Car condition: Very skeptical about the so called carsome certified. Was told by the car official service centre that multiple parts need replacement 6 months into buying the car. The car probably has really old parts which were not listed in the inspection report. Wear and tear don't happen in just months to the extent that you need to replace with new parts. And of course these parts are not covered in the warranty.

My experience of selling & purchasing used car from this platform was very smooth & satisfied. People can buy used car with peace of mind and confidence. Cheers.
