My experience of their people are very honest and they will always explain what is the real problem, not hoping to earn your money but truly services us a customer.

Very responsible and reliable car service centre, this is one of my best choice up to now.

Worst car repair experience ever, sent my car to shop for a window repairment, the technician claimed that i can get the cars repaired by 2hrs later. Afterwards, he called me and told me that the spareparts is not available now due to weekend, and i can come and collect my car. But needed to charge RM65 service charge. Nothing was repaired, and yet still charge, and ask me to come back on monday, they will charge rm65 again with the cost of spareparts. If i knew i cant get it repaired by the day. I would have choose to go another day. The technician made false hope and make customer taking the blame.

This is my regular workshop. Good for people on a budget like me. Easy to deal with and you can ask them for quotes first before doing anything major.

This is a honest and trustworthy workshop, Mr Yip is very professional and many times he advise me against changing certain parts as the condition are still decent. Many workshop will rip-off customer but you can have total peace of mind with Can Auto.

Opens on Sundays too; tire shop but provides air conditioner services & foremen service as well

Been servicing my car occasionally at this workshop. Mostly oil change and alignment. So far so good until one day passengers complain air cond not as cold as it used to be.

Brought car in, a polite technician (A) said could be due to gas leakage as pressure loss. Refilled, paid small charges. On the way back found it didn't help.

Revisited couple days later, met the technician A, told him no result, sought his advice. Technician B came suggested go for a ride. During the ride I explained how I used to drive with 26'c only and now I had to switch to lowest 18'c with max fan speed to feel just cool air. We returned to base as no major problem found.

A and B had a word with a guy looked like chief technician (C). This chief came and told me my AC is OK. I told him I know the AC is working, the fans still spin, air still blow but it is cool air not cold air. I patiently explained to him again my experience with AC and described passengers feedback, hoping he will understand my pain point.

He answered, if I wanted colder of course I had to switch lowest temperature la. I am shocked by his logic. He still doesn't seem to know why did I revisit the shop so frequent. I explained to him the AC not as cold as it used to be and humbly ask him will changing compressor fix the problem. He said no guarantee, further more he added, I am very demanding (要求高), asked me go back to Honda.

All I wanted to do was to improve the AC back to its glorious. I patiently explained repeatedly and humbly asking questions but it didn't take long to figure out myself being humiliated. That's not what I would tell my customer.

What makes it worst was I also messed up my compressor warranty date (also changed there). Ish! Of course I apologized for my bad memory and left.

In a short 10 minutes conversation with this person I knew this will be my last visit. As a veteran corporate sales I understand every industry has their own challenge, but what I face here is a horrible customer experience, it has nothing to do with their technician competency.
