Giving false information, I don't think you should be called ford specialist in the first place.

One of the best workshop to take care your Ford buddy, tons of Ford vehicles been here, spacious, professional, specialist workshop. Went here recently to service gearbox oil, reasonable price. Recommend for Ford owners.

Very bad experience with Bug, dealing with the owner itself, telling me all sort of reasons. If possible I would not even give 1 star as they don't deserve it.

Send my car for repair few times since they didn't fix my car properly from the first job, not to mention the price are so high and costly. Each time sending here they're only making it worst, telling me that they diagnose a new problem and we have to repair. Total of 3 times repairing, wasting loads of money but the car is in a super bad condition, much more worst then before sending it here.

Highly not recommended as they claim themselves ford specialist and professional but only making things worst, money wasted but nothing is fixed. When we were to fix, Bug told us that once we fix the certain issue, our car is ready to drive atleast for 2 years without problem, not even 2 months and we got to send it back where he diagnose a different problem.

Really don't think that they can claimed themselves as Ford specialists when you didn't fix a customer car after spending so much but only to make it worst. Please beware sending your car over, paying so much but end up getting nothing.

Very thorough and clean job. Sent my 2012 ford fiesta to fix ABS problem but they also found out a lot of other urgent issues and fixed them accordingly. Price is reasonable and negotiable (ford is high maintenance tbh). Although I stay in Klang, definitely will come again to fix and service with them.

I bought a 10-year old Fiesta 1.6S, and sent it to BUG Auto for a look over and check. They changed a number of parts, and when I collected the car, it felt like brand new.

BUG staff are highly skilled. I observed that they ONLY use the right tools to open anything.

Highly recommended and will return for regular service and maintenance.

Very good and trustworthy Ford Specialist Centre. The owner Mr. Bug took his time and effort to explain via everything nicely and lay out your options according to price and effectiveness of the fix. Highly recommended.

No respect here for customers and they charge too much. The mechanic should observe and tell us what are the problems have. But here I have tell each and everything. Also this guy is charging price heavily. He thinks that he is the owner of Ford company. Simply waste. Do not waste your time and money. After this am searching for good Ford car service center. Will update once I find the good one.

Well organized, professional setup, complete tools and software, competence workers, friendly staff.very recommended service centre especially for Ford owners.

My favourite place to send my ford fiesta for regular services. Genuine ford products and some aftermarket ones if you want.

Before you send your car in Bug Auto, please take note of this.

The boss told me that he would discuss with me for the pricing when he meet me.

But he just shrug me off ask me to settle what I want to do with the Clerk there instead.

Mr told me that the boy that in charge of my car is on mc.

Acceptable, but I let him know Friday I have an appointment. He assured me that should be ready by next day afternoon.

Told me that he will inform me once my car is ready.

18 April 2019 3.30-5.30pm

Up till 3.20pm still no call from him.

So I decided to swing by.

Only to be inform that his man manage to break the turbo solenoid Valve. Wanted another 200myr to repair it as the spare part is unable to be use.

Saying that it broke due to heat. Not broke by his staff.

He said that the part cost 1000myr. But doing for me 200myr only.

He told me that if there is anything broken he will inform the customer. But mine is broken he didn't even inform me?

When question he say is broke on morning.

When I ask the same question to his worker, he said yesterday.

After that, I went and inspect my car. Only to found my car in scratches all over the front bumper, both fender. All cause by something scratch against it from his boys. Fuse box is scratched up, battery cover is miss align. While they are draining my coolant. They did not put any protection cover on the car, just have the paip support against the fender bare.

Only until I mention it they just put it on.

Coolant is not drain finish. The worker said the tank is tilted unable to drain the remaining old fluid.

While the supervisor explain that he isn't able to drain it because he is worried about the hose snap. Refuse to take out the reservoir housing and drain all out.

Just pump in the new coolant with the existing coolant together. Sloppy job.

Call him up told him abt all this problem.

He said he will have insurance to handle all tis.

In the end I was charged 800.530pm

While bringing my car back, I notice the car feel hard to rev refuse to rev pass 4.5k rpm.

8pm

Doing some diagnostic by myself, found out that they forgot to clip the connector back.

Once I fix the cable back. It came working normally. No longer feel forceful.

Brought back the Turbo boost control valve only to found that, the plastic is actually very rigid. I'm unable to break it.

Work done:

Brought my own spare part.

Have them replace it.

Also flush and add new coolant.

Provided solution by boss:

Refund me Rm200

Propose to to repair the scratch or respray if require.

He adamantly denied that those scratch are cause by his worker as their attire doesn't have belt or any other accessories. But don't get the fact that clear coat are easily scratch. And his worker doesn't even put it on the cover when I was there until I instructed him to.

I'm sharing this just for to let others aware of this. As a car enthusiasts/detailing hobbyists I cannot bear this see how are the customer car being treated.

They doesn't care about owner's car. Just put stuff on top of the car that would scratch the car paint.

Professional service center & advance equipment. Price are reasonable for professional service. Expert with Ford cars.

Premium ford specialist. If you want your ride to be treated like your own child.this is the place to be.

Been a customer for over 2 years already since it was a small shop. The owner patiently discuss and advise on what needs to be done on your Ford. No unnecessary parts replacement unlike other shops. Clean and professional. Need to duplicate the owner's philosopy into the employees though.

If your car is BMW brand better don't repair there. I have a very bad experience and cost me few thousand ringgits but still cannot solve the problems and make worst on my car computer settings.

Mr Bug is very honest in problem evaluation, has a common sense approach to break-fixes, and has open and responsive staff.
