The sales person is stupid. I bought a motorbike. I upgraded the helmet.raincoat.tirelock.he just sent the motorbike.when you call.so many reasons.x admits it's wrong.

Service motor baru ni kat sini.tempat service and tools diorang memang cuma foreman kurang berhati2 sebab abis rim bercalar kena clamp mase die sengetkan motor nak buang minyak itam kat area oil filter

Lousy and unprofessional foreman. Push me to do major service on my bike and charge me expensive price. Don't know what parts to replace just simply tell me a price. Beware of the Indian mechanic.

Tempat senang buat loan, dan stock motor tunggu pun tak lama. Byk jenis motor ada, memang cuci mata sangat lah.proses dr nak beli, ambik loan, sain agreement, ambik motor, service hingga la dah habis hutang nak ambik geran asal memang smooth je proses. Takde sakit kepala sakit hati macam stgah kedai moto, sini memang sangat² recomended guys

Workshop start operate at 10am. Went there to service my motorcycle and few repairs. The mechanic is very professional and the price is reasonable. Thank you for the good service.

Looking for xmax no stock, must oder and booking at least 3 week, no warranty have stock or not, done booking today waiting for aproval, friendly staff today entertain for submidtion loan

One of the worst Yamaha Service center. Tolong consider service center lain. Kalau spare part takde, Boon Hua tak update² pun. Customer yang kena message or call. Motor di service center sampai hampir 3 bulan, barang tak sampai²? Service center apa macam ni.

My experience found that they not really entertaining or keen on cash sales, also my luck no good that day, after I said wanna buy cash, sales person "David Copperfield".

Cannot find anyone to answer any further enquiries, me and my buddy had to "siou siou" diam diam walk away.still hoping someone can help me narrow down my bike selection.

Need to educate their staff how to deal with customers especially when customer and recomender is around. A bit of knowledge about bike's will be very much better. Not just focus on selling. Also need to have standard procedures for all their branch. Tq

Fast service. Engine oil & filter price is a bit cheaper than others that i used to go. For quick engine oil change this place is recommended. Open on Sunday too

I was looking for a helmet and one of the worker was very helpful and explained me things and even suggested me other options. He could have just left me being puzzled but instead helped me to get what I want.

Janji manis motor cepat sampai dah nak dekat seminggu lebih tak dapat2 lagi motor bile msg macam2 alasan suruh tukar warna kalau nak cepat tu pn lambat juga. Bad service

Second time actually, come here. Service is good. First time come when i plans to buy a motorcycle, but maybe at that time, the price was a bit higher, but after i come and repair something, the service abl bit excellent. May come back if any issue arise.

Best service for all types of Yamaha bikes. Foreman are all professional and Yamaha specialist. A bit pricey, but satisfaction guaranteed!

Just make booking pymt for MT07. My bike (ice fluo) not in stock. Staff inform 2 - 3 weeks for waiting. Hopefully no need waiting so long to get my bike. Even other dealer ready stock but I still at Boon Hua Puchong coz I comfortable with their staff & environment. (for info I stay at Ampang). Hopefully my trust worth it & I can ride my bike as soon as possible.
1st service 1000km. Overall staff OK especially Ikmal, hafiz & a mechanic (don't know his name). Recommended.
