BMW Motorrad Chear

Bought a 1200gsa here in 2015. The Chinese sale person has no experience on the bike, asked him about how to remove the GPS cover but he donno how to open it. They just push my bike out from the shop and then close the gate, just left me and the bike out side of the shop, no key hand over ceremony like auto Bavaria, nothing! This is my first and last bike from chear motorrad. Good bye

It was not my plan to purchase my first BMW bike yet when I visited Chear Motorrad but I was impressed by the excellent service, dedication and commitment of Shafeen Ismail. He explained to me details about the bike, answered all my questions and provided all information needed for a beginner biker. Upon payment of deposit, he made videos and sent pictures of the unboxing, first bike inspection, basic features of the bike as well as loading the bike in the truck for delivery. He went extra mile to ensure that I am satisfied and confident with his service.

Overall, Shafeen Ismail has provided excellent service and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Keep it up!

Sale person terbaik, walaupun datang hanya melihat motor BMW terbaru dan mencari sebut harga, mereka tetap melayan dengan baik. Cuma nasib tidak menyebelahi, motor yang dihajati, tidak termampu dipenuhi.huhu

We went there to survey and test ride their bike. Before we came, we gave them a call to visit the store and was told to find Zihan once arrived. The sales advisor name Zihan was there to entertain us and got to test ride the bike. We’re looking for the G310R. At first it was okay. Then, when we seek more information about is there any free gifts from them if we buy the bike (me as a first timer for BMW & as what normal motorbike shop will offer), he starting to be cocky and somewhat arrogant. He told us even those ppl who bought 100k bike wont get any freebies, let alone entry level bike (is this how you entertain your customer?). So, for those ppl who buy entry level bike got no money ya? Your sales advisor basically patronised the customer. I bet he bought his BMW bike with the staff discount. It will do no good to your business if you’re hiring this kind of person.

P/S Zihan, you just lost your commission. Oh wait, it’s just an entry level bike. Nothing much to you or your boss business right? Thanks but no thanks.

Bought two bikes from here. The customer service are superb! Especially after sale service. Ben Chear are the go to person if you need more info regarding bmw bikes.

Tq john for help send moto aid malaysia to tow my bike.they were fast and their guys were very well trained.they came in a motorbike trailer that was fully registered and insured.tq.at least not like they other fellow i used to carry my bike on a 4x4 the last time.they dropped it la.what the hell.tq for sending moto aid.tq john again from bmw chear puchong.well done.

Nice place to test ride bmw bike. Almost 20 minutes ride with mixed hiway and small road to test the machine for its overall performance and suspension. Nice staff as well.
