Bme Motor

I have to say I've wasted my time searching for the right choice and ended up with poor service by BME Motor. Apparently, the salesman with the name William or Wilson together with his boss (a lady that did not provide her name to me) has failed to provide correct information about the pricing of the cars, listings, as well as very poor services.

I've made an appointment for the 7th of April 2022 for a test drive for this specific car. I've asked William/Wilson to pin me the location. He pinned me to the wrong locations. Upon my arrival, he was not there as well. I've talked to the lady mentioned above, she was very rude and asked me which car I wanted to test drive and check? I can't see any cars listed here on the side. She has one white Savvy that is not in the listings from caricarz. She insists I take a look at this one and come back the day after as the cars that I wanted to check are at another outlet (HQ) and it's closed.

I've already traveled for almost 1 hour and set up my schedule for visiting, and she is just being rude saying "there is nothing I can do". The white Savvy on the other side is in very poor condition, the tire is flat - I can't even test drive it. The booking with the salesman is just a total FUTILE! I then asked the lady which is known as 'THE BOSS' by William or Wilson about the 2010 Savvy listed on this website and showed her the photo including the pricing and she simply said: "oh it's sold".

I called the guy, and he said to me "oh the other Savvy is not good, this one is better" - How can a person divert the decision I've made earlier without giving me a choice to even look at other cars? It is ridiculous!

I can't believe BME Motor treated me like this, so I've made a call to the salesman to quarrel about the issues. He then said to me "if you have the time, you can travel to the other outlet which is the HQ" - why on earth he did not pin me the location earlier? The outlet is not closed, it's open for business.

I have to say, this is considered fraud to me. I may not understand how this industry works, but I would not recommend anyone to go through what I've gone through. I decided to just end the call and not deal with this shop again ever!

Beware! They tempered the car odometer. Bought my car here, mileage shows 50k when purchased. After purchasing, i sent the car to the car manufacturer service center and discover that the car mileage is over 200k! Not honest seller!
