no one at the counter
10am : I waited for like 10 minutes there‘s literally no one working
10: 12 am : I finally found someone
The staff asks me to wait saying “rehat sekejap”
(My appointment was 10 am)
10: 18 am : still waiting at the counter with
no staff at the counter
can‘t believe this is a Mazda service centre ( definitely not doing my car service here again )
Fast service.limited complimentary breakfast but still it's good enough.ample chairs for those who decided to wait till their car service is done.
Just came back from this service center. I was there at 8.30 am and waited patiently until 12noon paid and left the center out and saw on my dash board light blinking for I stop and brake sign. I turned back to service center told the counter staff about it. The staff said I have to wait after lunch time and have to change battery, in the bill it is stated already checked battery and it's ok with 62%. Do they really checked while service. I waited since 8.30 am to 12 noon and expect me to wait again. A nice service center with? Staff️management.for your sake I came back after complaining before hoping the staff have been trained and briefed properly. Hope management reads this complain and take action.
My favourite Mazda Service Centre. Staff here are more accomodating and friendly compare to Glenmarie Branch.
I always deal with SA by the namenof Izzat. He is very informative, accommadating and friendly. Not once he fails to explain clearly any extra charges and repairs made.

A very good service provided by Mr Jackson, it only took 2-3 weeks for me to get the car even though during Ramadhan which near to Hari Raya. Thanks for making it realistic and top notch service!
Me and my dad were greeted by Jackson who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Jackson was very informative. Even though it took abit longer for the car to be delivered due to MCO, but he still will constantly reaches out to update me and my dad. Lastly, I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family whom are interested in getting a Mazda.
Room for improvements from front desk to car service. Un necessary change of parts and unfriendly service. The management need to give proper training for their staff.

Front desk kena byk improve. X friendly and dah kerja 4thn lbh pon x hafal lg harga oil filter etc. Blm tanya lg psl parts lain2. Service pon agak slow kat sini.
