Suggest providing power points with usb points for the convenience of customers instead of just the typical 3pin plug points.
Excellent service advisor Mr.puvgendran @pugazh highly recommended this guy for perfect solution, please pay a visit. This centre Environment is great to chill while waiting. Free meals is serve delicious too.

Very bad service. They seems like don't want to work. I went there because my car warning light was on, sent there and they give a lot of excuses and don't even bother to help me to find out what's the problem.
Sent my car for service. Painfully slow. Appointment at 10.30am for a simple service but completed at nearly 3pm.
A service centre where the staff avoid talking to customers at any cost. Had to wait over an hour just to drop off the keys
Service waiting time is so long, normal service whatever service u are doing with is just slow, Can feel that waiting-in customer time is not their priority and not care for. If u are in rush or have any planing in the day, do not ever try to wait, leave your car and go (few times experience).
Even just register arrive at counter to service, can also take u half hour+. Dont try to do things at lunch hour 12pm-1 also.
Therefore, the best solution here is leave your car and go do your things when they call u back.
Came here to service my car as the one nearer to home was full. Service is good but calling them is painful, the line is always engaged. Took a whole day to service my car.
Went to get my car checked today, plenty of seating for me to work while waiting. The staff is friendly and attentive.however my issues are not fixed.
The service used to be not bad before covid. Now it is really bad. No one ever picks up the phone. And I’ve been waiting for 3 days and my car is still not fixed and no one bother calling me for an update. Really disappointed in this Mazda service Center. The car sales is good but it need to be matched with excellence service center for your customer.
Their technician forgot to screw it back.
And this is not the first time I've experienced it with Mazda. I think those Mazda/Bermaz should take this seriously to train their technician to be more mindful.
In addition, things I have complained about are not fixed (rattling sound at the storage box) even after 6 hours waiting time. Latest update (issue resolved after calling the technician out to fix it, thanks to the customer service staff)

Customer service is not good. Very slow service, waited for 4 hrs still not done yet the receptionist asked to check with the specific counter officer but no one at the counter. Will try to go to another branch for next service.
There are insurance and real estate agents doing their business here while waiting for their cars. It is annoying their noise. Other Mazda customers are waiting too, listening to music, or working on their laptop. We don't need to listen to their business conversations. Please improve on restrictions.
Very friendly salesperson. Compared to Glenmarie's service, here is much more better. Mr Lucas attended to our enquiry and test drive. Very good experience. Recommended
Sending my car for maintenance, already informed them about the services details, and some area that need them to check up. End up they didn't check anything, the problem is still there.seriously their service is terrible!
Worst service ever. Called them waited for more than 5 minutes on the line just waiting for the staff to pick up.
Very slow reception, manual queue calling car plate.appointment 10am, arrive 9: 45am, 11am also have not been called.what a service! Will never come here again.
Well, I tried calling up to get an appointment for a repair job but the call will time out everytime. No point leaving a name & a number cos no one will call back. The only time my call got through it was replaced back onto the cradle immediately. Great service Mazda. How can I “use this biz” when I am unable to even get through to them in the first place?
Big showroom, friendly customer service. If you're sending your car for service here and plan to wait for your car to be ready, there's no cafe/restaurants within walking distance.
