I send my car for service and have many parts replace, when I collect the car I feel something not right and asking them to check my car, and what happens is they don't even care for you, no reply on message no answer on phone call, is this what you call excellent service? If you are in the Klang valley, and own/drive a Ford, you *have* to know this place! I had the dreaded engine fault light on, and other service centre couldn't figure out what was wrong even after an entire day, but Selva nailed the problem through Messenger!

Endran and his family are really nice, especially in a setting where man rule, I feel I can go to him for my car matters any day:)

1st time it was Best workshop in town specialist in Ford. Diagnose in 1 minit and repair complete in an hour plus.
2nd time ranger have power cut and took the car here. The father took the car for test drive, after certain distance got fauty check light. Use diagnose kit to check.
They ask to do service because due for service. After service they use diagnose kit and check for faulty. The son ask me to leave the car at least 1 week for further checking. I told them i'll arrange alternative car than i'll will send this car for repair. I came back and i was not happy, i start finding for damages. Found some water mark at 4x4 selector motor. So i dismantled inside, PCB was burn. I order the parts, next day motor arrived, i install and test. No warning light, no powercut and the car perfectly alright.

Anyone who has a FORD must pay them a visit, they are very professional and won't simply charge you for things that are not needed to be replaced, highly recommended
