Cashier is friendly and price is reasonable here. Product quality also ok. But the price tag should be obvious and viewable.

I have visited this shop few times, the experience is not as bad as in the review.

They deserve better rating than 2.8 stars. I find the staffs all friendly and nice. Price of flour is very good with bulk purchase pricing too.

Today I asked my daughter to help buy some supplies. She used her debit card but due to technical reason, transaction cannot go through. The cashier snapped at her "Your bank got no money". Oh please, yes she's a teenager, but no need so nasty rite? Why must be so rude?

Good variety of baking supplies including accessories. Prices seems fair in comparison with other shops. Will come back to replenish my baking supplies next time I'm here to eat the Teluk Intan Chee Cheong Fun next door

A place to get most of your baking stuff and they have a member discount system too for loyal and regular customer.

Not much of choice, just average. Certain items can have the retail price discounted if you become a member.

Whats wrong with the staff here? There is no FREE SALARY anymore during MCO in 2021. Get back to work.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The things sold at the store are great, but the two aunties there are superb ARROGANT, UNFRIENDLY and attitude very LCLY. I asked the aunty at the counter (with spec) if they have rose flour, she just replied me "it's there, find it yourself". And the other aunty (without spec), when i was looking for the rose flour at that lorong, she just gotta push her trolley with stocks towards me, not just 1 time but 2 times even when I'm at the fridge area. I don't know is it just me or what, but they're giving me the vibe of "i don't want your business/just get out" kind of feel.

This shop is just 5 minutes away from my house, but the service and attitude are so not professional, i rather travel further to other baking supply shop.

Just like every others rate here, service from both the cashier and another lady are so unfriendly and rude. Was looking for cheese in the fridge, the woman told me that i am disturbing her for standing there and keep rushing me to choose. While i rush to choose the cheese and ask another lady (cashier) for another thing. The lady doesn't even want to bother me, after standing there waiting for her to answer me, she replied “DONT HAVE” with unfriendly tone. Hence, i have decided to put back the cheese and rather go somewhere else to get the things i wanted to buy. I will not come back to this shop or even recommend to anyone. Face black like i owe you Ten Years Debt

Worst shop ever!

The cashier aunty really not friendly, no manner when I am asking some product.
Shop very small and full of stocks put on the walkway and very hard to move around.
Total amount like RMxx. 97 should be round up to RMxx. 95 but they are round up to RM1.
Another aunty staff is quite friendly and give suggestion.

Heard fb reviews good. Decided to visit there, two times. The shop appearance was bad and looked old, sometimes old doesn't mean bad. But this is definitely not good. The staff/cashier was not friendly, rude and no manners. Limited choices, two times didn't provide receipts, first visit asked few times only gave. Second visit not at all. Won't visit again and suggest to go nearest similar shop.

All your bakery needs in a shop. If purchase more than rm100, can be member. As member, u get 5% discount on certain items exclude flour.

Rather limited supply of baking tools, however do have most of the general baking ingredients. Staff don't have very good knowledge in baking either.

Some questionable product knowledge from the shopkeepers aside, the shop offers some decent items at slightly higher price than some other bake stores I go to.

Services poor! No manners! No working attitude!
