Bake With Yen Taman Megah

I had a disappointing experience while shopping at Bake with Yen. The staff members were unwilling to assist and displayed rudeness, which made my visit quite unpleasant. Additionally, the overall service at the store was subpar. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues to ensure that other customers have a more positive experience in the future.

You can actually get everything you want here. Really bakers one stop solution.

SUPER RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. For a fact there was a difference in the two product, replied me on very rude note the it is the same product.

I have been coming to this outlet for years, even before they moved. Today will be the last time I will step foot in this shop. Bought 2 bags of oats a couple of weeks ago, the bag i opened was bitter and there was a smell but i kept it and only took the unopened bag back to exchange. The bag has their sticker and barcodes, I didn't have the receipt cos I only had a good experience before and who keeps receipts of rm6.50 products?

The Chinese lady at the till accused me of storing it improperly, that it is my fault that THEIR oats was bad. Do you think that I would go all the way to this damn shop if there was nothing wrong with the product? Do you think that I have never had oats before and have no idea how to store oats? The way she talked put me off immediately. That is not how you treat customers. If you are overwhelmed at the cash register either hire more people or quit, close it down. I will now look for other baking supply shops. Even if i have to pay more i will gladly do so. By the way, I left the old bag with her and paid for a new bag. No favours. Will NEVER come back and will actively tell everyone I know not to shop here. Terrible.

There are so many bad reviews here, mostly about this rude Chinese aunty, some going back years. If nothing has been done and nothing has changed, it clearly shows that the company doesn't care about customers, it shows that BWY thinks it is ok to treat people rudely and sell sub-par goods. Just something to think about before you shop with them again.

Very popular bakery supplies shop with different varieties of baking products. Prices are slightly lower than other bakery supply shops. Our favourite to go shop.

The Chinese lady was fighting with her own colleague over some unimportant issue. Bake with yen should hire people with better manners to do job like this.

Solid go-to place for all your bake stuff. Priced reasonably, loads of choices. Just be careful to observe the expiry date especially of the chilled dairy products.some clearance items may have only a VERY short time before going bad.

Beware staff are very rude, those old ladies there think they are Queens, Boss must take action on them. Alot of customers complained about that also. Buy from the shop further down if you don't want to be punished by their rude attitude.

Didn't quite get inside as they were closed on a state official holiday on the occasion of the sultan's birthday

Worst customer service bakery ingredients shop in region.if not the country. Really needs training in customer service. Spoke to a foreign staff politely for help.but was served in a rude tone. Even the local staff are rude. In spite of all the rude staffs still lotsa customer because of good price. So there's isn't a need to change their attitude. So we need to tolerate? Or move to another shop n pay slighter more for better quality customer service.

I am so happy for getting all the stuffs that I need here and the price is reasonable. Also they do have a reserved parking lot right in front of their shop. I will always come back here and recommend my friends to buy from here.

A good alternative to buy bakery supplies without waiting period of online purchases. A good range of flour types.

Rude & boisterous cashiers, and staff seemingly have no time to attend to the many customers along very narrow aisles. Be prepared to get a ticking off by their staff if you don't follow their self-styled protocols. Poor physical distancing due to limited free space. Outdoor parking constantly full during business hours. Customers flock here like birds, queue and wait your turn to get it.
