9Too expensive now. What's the point when flour in supermarket is cheaper than yours, being the specialist store in baking supplies? In April 2022 a 1kg self raising flour was rm3.40. Fast forward a few months it became rm5.40. That's just unbearable for a home baking business. A rm1 increase would be acceptable. RM2? Nope not gonna buy. Cottura dark compound chips went from RM14.90 to RM17.90. You must be crazy if you think your long time customers would put up with that. Luckily for us, choices are aplenty nowadays. Countless baking supply stores within 5-10km radius. You have lost me as a customer and I've been one for well over 20 years. Good luck anyway BWY you'll need it
I have been disappointed several times shopping at BWY Kajang because their restocking of items seem to be very slow. Very often for example, the 250 ml cartons of whipping cream are not in stock.
Also, when looking for the larger sized cake boards and boxes, they have the boards of sizes you need but not the boxes and vice versa. Why can't you make sure you have the matching sizes for both boards and boxes!
Kindly update your working hours in website as well not just by notice like this infront of your shop. I just waste my time coming here early in the morning since this outlet which nearest to me that open very early (i thought so).: (
Very very helpful and friendly staffs. Their work ethics and dedication is on par with some of the 5 stars hotels.
Special thank to the middle aged lady staff who took the extra effort to find the cashew nut for us.
I thought of not rating at all, but wouldnt wanted to. The staff are very rude. Not helpful at ALL! No one accompany customer upstairs, some one should follow us incase we need information. At one point, my wife came downstairs to ask about a stuff, they just said dont know, maybe the stuff finish witbout even checking. We come to shop to buy but they behave like it's not my shop so duh.
Harga agak mahal berbanding kedai barangan bakery lain, tapi pilihan yang lebih banyak dari segi bekas muffin/kek/roti, balang botol, dan sewaktu dengannya.
Well completely baking product but unfortunately hired rudeness staff for duty! Especially the cashier is unfriendly, harshly, straight and sour face and rude! So bad! No one would like encountering such an unpleasant face and without greeting in the early morning! I been visit this outlet couple of time and they remained the same attitude! I will NOT recommend to all my friend until they change new face! And not visit anymore!
A few staff here was quite rude but some are really nice (cute with spec). Some stuff take a long time to restock unlike in Bangi store. Please teach your staff how to talk to customer.
