Audi Centre Setia Alam

Terrible experience from this GOH BROTHERS run AUTHORIZED Audi Center. My car was sent here hoping to get best quality service as its an AUDI-MALAYSIA authorized workshop. WRONG! After spending more than RM8,000 for water pump change here, my car was damaged due to inexperienced and negligent technician. Imagine car getting damaged by the workshop hydraulic hoist! Service Manager acknowledged the damage by his mechanic negligence and promised replacement of damaged parts amounting to about RM12,000 with PO. After 3 months of what they claim waiting on parts the Goh Brothers Management simply said they are not responsible for the damages when cost of replacement was too expensive. Their workshop are not even covered by insurance for this kind of damages. Car was brought to AUDI MALAYSIA’s attention but guess what.after promising to look into this on the helpline.they have been unhelpful with no email reply. So much for Audi Customer Care! I am really surprised that an AUDI MALAYSIA authorized workshop is allowed to operate without insurance coverage and treating customers like this. Audi Malaysia said its nothing to do with them so I wonder what Audi Malaysia role is since this dealers are allowed to do as they wish…I have made police report this and pursuing with consumers tribunal claim. I really dont recommend this place to anyone.

No need to book for appointment. You can just walk in, and the staff will layan you nicely.

They serve good coffee, too

Went in around with the intention of purchasing for more than half and hour browsing. Not even one sales representative came to us with absolute zero customer around. Not surprised that Audi cars is hardly visible on the road nowadays.
All staff is seen chatting away to each other happily. So disappointed and never would expect it from Audi.

Vincent is very friendly and patient. He spent almost 1 hour to explain all the functions of the car to me. He is always fast response to my message and provide good after sales service as well. He is very informative and deserved for my 5 stars rating.

Ever since the take over from Goh Brother, the service and attitude of the people drop tremendously.

I bought my car from Rimau International last year and my car meet an accident. I got all the police report and keputusan and submitted to Alen and Charles Lim. They keep giving excuses by pushing away the responsibility to either previous dealer - Rimau or the insurance company. Don't bother to update and reply to customer until they feel like doing.

It is now 45 days from the documents submitted date and they still unable to start the repair process for me. What a joke.

Can Audi AG look into this?

Dissapointed with After sales services. Worsen after change of management:

1- Come here, no greeting. Need to prepare coffee by ourselves. Below Par compare to BMW and Mercs.

2- My warranty until 30/10/2022. But againt they denied my claim as they said it is under final year of warranty. So my claim is rejected as it is under wear and tear. But they said if I claim on fourth year. They can proceed. Wow I read through all manual and warranty. Audi never said that. So funny

3. My brake servo and absorber supposely to be change under warranty as it is electronic part. Definetely not wear and tear but they refuse.

4. Funny part is my absorber is electronic but they said it is wear and tear. Audi Malaysia is scam

All in all I think this brand sooner or later will die as Audi did not taking care of after sales service. Majority of brand new owner dissapointed with Audi Malaysia.

Recon yes but for brand new? Maybe not. Why we pay premium but get peanuts?

Excellent after sales service. Customer experience is important to these guys but it comes with a price of course - RM210 per hour for labour. Standard service normally takes 1.5 hrs, so labour alone is around RM300. So a regular service with an oil and oil filter change will be around RM600.

Cars are checked thoroughly upon reception. Service Consultant really listens to what you say and note everything down in the service sheet. They'll run through the work to be done and show you the quotation before the work starts. Very pleasant experience.

Came here just to service my car with no expectation at all. Their service though. They treat u like a vip. Impressive!

Visited the roadshow held in Eco Ardence by Audi Setia Alam. Looked at the Q5 for quite sometime, but the salesman and saleswoman just dont bother to serve, just sit there head down with their mobile phone.

Based on my experience, Audi has one of the best engine and smooth gearbox. I owned an a6. Very good car, powerful and smooth. I’m lucky enough to own a Bmw, an audi and a Mercedes. This service centre only served biscuits and some beverages while both merc and bmw did a very good job. Somehow Audi Malaysia is not smart enough to compete with the bmw and merc in terms of sales. Good product but bad marketing.

Have a very awesome experience here. They live up the good expectation mentioned by other customer. I would recommend this audi centre as well. Good job!
